HI! I'm just new here, yeah, registered a few minutes ago. Anyway, I have the same problem as phildg2000. Only mine is Pajero 2001. And, yeah, Aguila is, indeed, having that problem. Can anyone be of help, please? Been driving around with a shattered glass for almost three weeks now! Will appreciate any info.

Ill try going around pero baka sa eldorado nalang muna, do they install kung bibili ako nun power antenna sa kanila? takot kasi ako mgDIY e.

I didn't ask actually... I just bought the rod for my boss kasi (whose Paj was in CEBU). that rod was not available sa CASA ng cebu....

CASA did the installation or replacement.

I did mine (just for kicks)... it was easy and greasy lang. It is best that the CASA technician do it siguro.

have you tried the CASA or El Dorado (sm megamall 5th floor) might have what ever you are looking for.

Pk no problem. Yung compass bulb twist socket, mura lang siya $1.70 lang. Tinignan ko yung busted compass light ko, pareho yata siya. May confirmation email na ako kaya dapat naship na yun. ot wala na sarado na cosmic bowling dito. Ang medyo ok nalang na bowling area is inside subic bay yatch club. 10 lanes lang siya but meron nung uv light effect.

larshell, wala kami pic, nasa isip lang kung ano kalalabasan, risk siya kasi it could look the same only brighter, consolation nalang siguro leds rarely needs replacing. but i'm hoping na mag mukha siyang optitron,

Pk ganito yung binili ko for the compass, 5500k color temp siya, same sa 74 wedge.

I tried some 3 LED super white wedge bulbs on last night..... MAGANDA KINALABASAN!!! I'll try to post pics, kaya lang walang before-after pictures.

When i installed just one LED light, kitang kita ang difference sa whiteness. sobrang puti ng LED! Pero the LEDs i tried are just a bit brighter than as stock... mas galit yung lines and numbers ng gauges.

Remember the odd bulb in the instrument panel? I found out that its for the area near the "200" kph mark on the speedo. Since hindi pa LED yung bulb na iyon (incandescent na may blue condom), medyo madilaw yung area na covered niya. What i did was just remove the bulb... medyo madilim tuloy ang 200kph area, but better kesa bright na madilaw.

And now for the bad news....

Since sobrang malinaw at maputi ang instruments para tuloy ang dilaw ng Compass and Aircon switches!!! Heck pati yung Pioneer P880PRS ko parang dumilaw hehe (warm white LED kasi siya).

Kindly refresh our collective memory and tell us about the problem you encountered. I assume this has something to do with auto glass coz you mentioned aguila.

I replaced my crack front windshield (Pajero Fieldmaster 2000) two weeks ago at KarrGlas Banawe for a price of 6K pesos (parts and labor). They installed brand new laminated type windshield claimed to be manufactured by ASAHI, the glass has mitsubishi logo also. I did not notice any difference from the original.

Hi sirs PK and PB. Just an update. I just replaced the intercooler fan motor of my ride last last weekend, and it cost me 4k. Now its working already, and i can hear the sound of fan everytime i turn-on the key after driving a couple of minutes. thanks for the advice!

Pk, patingin naman pic kung gaano kaliwanag, may extra wled5 ka naman pwede mo gamitin sa altimeter and inclinometer, ganda siguro kung pumuti yung inclinometer. sana magfit yung compass led na binili ko, para makasabay yung compass, ano ba yung bulbs sa aircon natin? peanut din ba? meron pang isang peanut bulb for the cigarette lighter, tsaka yung sa gearshift dapat led din ilagay. may isa pang tsikoteer na nagpabili din pero ayaw niya magpost eh, bakit kaya? mga igan nov 6 dating ng parents ko, nagextend pa sila. I also bought a new HU alpine 9887, ilang days nalang wuhoo.

cargoboy, thank you thank you sobra , di ko alam kailan ako makakaluwas manila. taga qc din ako near banawe. can you pls pm me your no. para contact kita. wag mo tapon yan, I'm sure meron din iba pang pajero owners na may sira nang bushing.

andrewbugs, hinihintay ko narin nga masira intercooler fan ko,4k is not bad for oem fan motor, meron pa tayong dalawang fan sa pajero, have you checked your aux fan (nagpalit na ako nito 4,500 oem) and transmission cooler fan.

I haven't tried yet, i'm from the south and i don't really venture that far north but i guess it's worth a try. thanks!

anyway, can anyone tell me if it's still practical to wait for an original to be shipped to the phil or have one customized na lang? and, is there any disadvantage if i were to settle for the custom-made laminated ones instead of the orig nga?

I'm still confused as to how to post here and I thought my post would come right next to phildg's hehe. Anyway, yes, my concern is that the shop my insurance endorsed me to is having a problem sourcing a quarterglass for my pajero. It's the left rear-window but it's not really a window because mine is a three-door 2001 Pajero, Japan. (as i said, my tsikot IQ is very low that i don't know which terms to use! )

sayang jansie!!! i think i have fresh L and R rear sliding glass lying around somewhere. In any case try mo sa ER Cinco in Banawe. They also have a branch in cubao. I got my Japanese version non-sliding rear glass from them.

PB. sorry bro didnt have time to take pics. Yung sa Aircon switch natin #74 bulb.... yung maliit.

My Foglamp and Shock Adjustment switches' illumination conked out. Buti na lang, atapang a-tao ako and i disassembled the foglamp switch and replaced the mini bulb! same bulb as that INSIDE the compass..... buti na lang meron akong spare... 9 pesos lang isa nito sa electronics shop.... dunno what its called though kesa naman 2k for the whole switch assembly.

Promise mga chong before 12MN magpopost na po ako ng pics.... gagamitan natin ng ultra wide angle 10-22mm lens.

PB, walanju!!! bago na naman HU mo?! Pano na si 9800BT? Ay sorry, sa Gen3.5 nga pala yun

nyak! di ko nilagyan ng blue condom yung damper adjustment switch naging amber yung kulay hehe

PB here it is.... the stock white color would be on the altimeter.

Yung AC switches are warmer than regular as i removed part of the condom. Yung HU naka warm white. sa pics parang kaunti lang diff sa instrument panel pero in real life medyo malayo yng kulay.

The LEDs that i have on the instrument panel will serve parklight duty once our babies arrive from the states

not bad PK, for a "pajero" kid di pa pasmado kamay mo ah.
tama ka nga nag yellow nga yung iba, I like the white color of the instrument panel. medyo optitron look na, dimmer nalang kailangan, any idea paano lagyan? ilang LED ginamit mo diyan? ang liwanag nabuhay din yung pagkared ng needle. Ayus!!!
