Honestly, that is also a consideration for me. I'm not sure I would be happy being a second class citizen. Iba pa rin yung nasa sariling bansa.

It's true. I'm not the competitive type. Of course I will be happy if I get promoted but I'm not really a career oriented person. What's important is I am happy with my job, boss and friends.

My dream is to be with a man like you described - parang si crush hahaha! I know I promised not to talk about him anymore. But I have not met anyone better than him kasi, He is "goals" and being with him makes me a winner in life My happiness would be to make him happy. Make sure that I am everything he wants me to be.

Para mo naman sinabi na I'm a complete failure. LOL! Just because I am not career oriented, does not mean that I am a "dreamer"

It just so happened that my happiness is to be a housewife Also, I'd like to think that I have some achievements din naman that my man could be proud of.

Be careful what you for. Housewives end up being totally dependent on their husbands. Am sure there are many successful examples of this arrangement, but there are many cautionary tales as well.

kasi in traditional patriarchal societies, the pressure to succeed is on the men

there's almost no pressure on women to "succeed"

their women just have to be well bred well trained to be good wives be very supportive of their husbands

    Cathy's upbringing is like that

i don't expect her to find a cure for cancer or become a CEO

Did i say you are a failure? That link i posted are the extremes. So definitely, may mga something in between. It is just that you are more probably leaning on the dreamer side at this point.

    Dont take this too personally.
