Because I don't want to leave. That's why. But now I'm seriously considering it

It's just that I really like me job and my boss is one of a kind, nobody else like him in the planet.

Just enjoy having the privilege of driving a nice car. It’s not like they gave you a clunker that strands you in the middle of Edsa. My first car was a Ford Escort that would die on the highway on a weekly basis. But I was still thankful my parents got me a car as I felt like it was a key to freedom.

Use the Civic RS as something to aspire and make you work harder to achieve it on your own.

When you finally get it, the satisfaction will be so much sweeter than if it was just given to you.

oo nandyan ung trapik and incompetent 3rd world govt

pero sa society na ginagalawan mo ok naman

you're pretty much insulated from problems encountered by the lower and middle classes

Baka naman all your parents promised you was that they'd buy you a car for your/your family's use.

If you want your Civic RS and you have your own money, then buy it. But, don't use what your parents' bought with their money for it.

knowing Cathy, it's not exactly her goal to be independent and achieve something like become a star trader in a major investment bank

Cathy was bred to be the wife of a deserving man

well-educated, classy, someone rich parents will want to have as daughter-in-law

there's a chinese term Tai tai (太太) which means wife of rich man... doesn't have to work, enjoys a life of leisure

    that's what Cathy's bred for
