Exactly. Sanay kasi ako walang katabi for over a year now. Nasa floor kasi ako na less than 20% occupied (we are in between moving kasi) Tapos biglang siksikan kasi ni renovate yun isang floor na fully occupied kaya lahat tuloy lumipat dito Ang ingay tapos dami daan ng daan

I feel awful. I need to sleep, I know my body is tired kasi I am having acidity na. But I can't get myself to sleep

it takes sometime to reset your body clock and get back sleeping early again. parang naging routine mo na, nasanay ka matulog ng late at gumising sa oras na gusto mo. tapos trabaho mo naman ay kahit hapon ka pumasok o work at home pwede, kaya walang mag-motivate sayo. try mo pumasok the normal time like what your co-workers do then go back to gym to exercise. your body will adjust and adapt sa new routine and in due time hopefully makatulog ka na ng maaga.
