it's a good time to change tires at this time of year anyway. aquaplaning is a frightening reality in the northern highways. lalo na in your daily route. there are a lot of pooled water spots in the northbound stretch after tarlac city.

July 27th, 2005 05:51 PM #332Ok yan dunlop. Ganyan din yun tires ko after maoblong yung original kumho. I got the dunlops sa pricemart some three years ago. Mura na libre pa and tire rotation at vulcanizing (life time ng tire - just show the receipt).
Today manipis na yung tire so I have to buy a new set. Tempted lang ako ngayon mag concept one na 17". 5 spokes. Ganda kasi yung nakita kong concept one na kinabit sa sedona sa showroom ng kia Q ave. They chare 60K additional so bnew na sedona v6.
How much kaya pag sa tireshops and concept one?
tnx

Oh yeah... I remember that stretch. One time, in 1993, I went through it past 10pm after a heavy downpour on a moonless, cloudy night and hit a large and pool of water at 90kmh. I felt the right-front side of the car start to float luckily there was no traffic or obstruction so I just stayed the course and did nothing. I was driving a 1992 Lancer GLX then.

July 28th, 2005 11:29 AM #336I use mobile one delvac synthetic motor oil. Been using it after my two year warranty expired (Nov 2003). Suwabe ang dating. I make sure that the oil you use passes the DS1 test. Maraming oil hanging CF lang.
DS1 I beleieve is the latest test for turbo charged diesel engines.

July 28th, 2005 02:30 PM #338Since most of the time I drive my carnival from las pinas to Alabang, My oil change is above 15K km. Thats three oil changes per one delvac oil change. So thats about one year from my last oil change. Tapos 0.86 ang emission tests ko last June. Diesel fuel I use is mixed with 1 liter bioexceed per full tank (70 li).
Wow ganda siguro yung 9 spoke. last I ask sa roadstar sa alabang 5 spoke concept one is 31K no tires.
tnx rodski

mikey177: try this site
filter by 17" wheels
mille miglia evs = concept one 5 spoke (tomahawk)
borbet type ca = concept one 7 spoke (titan) this was the 9 spoke i was referring to in my earlier post
borbet type ts = a 9 spoker but looks like the 7 spoker havoc by concept one.

Are they on track to surpass last year's sales?
