imo five days is too much. try to pm or text speedyfix for an estimate using the same parts list.

charlie_alpha and benchph1,
Timing chain ba talaga yung tinutukoy nyo o oil pump chain? Kasi diba sa 2002 and up na Sedona timing belt na yung ginagamit.
I don't know if there are any symptoms, but I have my timing belt replaced every 70-80,000-km to be safe (the manual recommends replacement every 100,000 km, but the casa suggests a shorter interval). I've had it done twice already --first at Wheels E. Rod then the latest at Kia Quezon Ave. It took the latter two days to perform. Here is the price breakdown for timing belt replacement:
Timing belt P4,410
Timing belt tensioner P2,992
Labor P2,500
Yung oil pump chain hindi pa ako nakapag-palit, pero gaya ng sabi ng ibang posters dati, may maririnig ka na grating noise galing sa makina at baka umilaw ang check engine light mo kung kailangan na syang palitan.

October 12th, 2006 02:17 PM #1337Hello. I broke the outer sliding door handle of my Carnival. This is for the left sliding door on the driver's side. I have gone to Fronte and also asked my trusty supplier (San Won) but they do not the part. Would any of you be kind enough to point me to the right dealer or parts supplier? It seems that parts suppliers do not keep this item since its the right door handle that get busted most of the time. Thanks.

guys, is it the handle itself that is broken? i had the same problem sometime ago but it was just the handle's hinge pin. i just had it fixed na lang it banaue.
nakakaasar kasi people who are not familiar with opening the sliding door's mechanism tend to make puwersa if they can't open it the right way.

October 13th, 2006 09:57 AM #1340I also have a broken left side sliding door handle. Specifically, the pivot hole where the pin goes broke apart.
Dito pala nasagot na din "feri" meaning. Sedan nga. hehe
What's a Ferio?
