Of course, I felt relieved but at the same time, sad and dissapointed. This shouldn't have happened if Columbian was pro-active enough. The Signet people appear to me feel hostage to the people over at Columbian. Kumbaga, yung dealer pa nagmamakaawa sa distributor.

Hopefully though, the part they (will) order is THE defective part. And that in the end, magawa.

Hindi pa the end ito. Abangan susunod na kabanata. Hehe.

Sir Mari, tumawag lang ba siya dun sa Columbian and did he get the nod of the Columbian people? Mas maganda siguro i verify mo mabuti.

Maybe in a simple way, just ask kung kelan mo pwede asahan yung part- kung in a week, a month, in a year. Maganda kasi concreto yung kung kelan mo i e expect yung part. Hindi naman sa nagiging demanding ka na. It's just that you have the right to peace of mind also.

I just remembered some bad experiences of some of our carens posters here. It took weeks before the parts arrived.

I'm beginning to believe hanggang newspapers (or papel) lang yung awards na nakuha ng Columbian. They should prove to their customers first that they deserve the awards in the first place.

    Thanks for the advice hanren.

ang sabi sa akin, not in the exact words, na 'ok na daw yung piyesa, oorderin na daw ng planta pero i'll have to wait lang.'

i can accept some parts DO fail. pero ang nagiging issue dito is their poor service. nakakalungkot pa is that the service advisor was visibly unable to help the customer because he seems beholden to columbian. ang nakakainis pa dito, yung unang reply DAW ng columbian is wala silang makitang 'problema' sa report ng signet. kako, sana magpapunta sila ng rep para makita mismo yung sasakyan before brushing it off almost immediately as nonesense.

i know mine can be construed as an 'isolated incident' and that if you take percentages, which is always the case, maliit lang ang 'nagrereklamo' sa customer base nila. pero sana maalala nila na behind on customer complaint is several people (maybe a family) that gets affected kasi hindi magamit sasakyan for some reason.

like i said i'm relieved pero disappointed. although 'na-order' na daw, i'm still on pins and needles kung talagang magagawa ito. until magawa ito, hindi pa ako mapapalagay.

btw, on the way to the office today, nawala nang tuluyan lamig ng aircon. hindi na pumapasok compressor. natuluyan na rin.

guys, during my 10,000km pms sometime last year... i complained about the rear door air damper (cylinder) coz the door doesn't open as high as before kaya minsan nauuntog ako. Kia congressional then told me to come back in 2 weeks... after a week, tumawag na sa akin yung service manager. they replaced it in 5 to 10 minutes. the response time was really fast, i mean, when I complained about it, they told me that they will replace it under warranty, no ifs and buts. maybe it's because mura lang yung piyesa or something. i really don't know.....

You know what Mari? We dont know if these Service Advisors are even trained for rendering good Customer Service. Or if they ever know what Customer Service really is. It happened to me in the past Toyota pa nga e. Kaya kung ang customer e hindi rin alam ang rights nya to claim warranty jobs, more often than not di talaga naa address itong ganitong mga issues. Pero good thing is you insisted and this prompted the SA to budge and escalate the issue to the higher up. These SAs are more often than not given scripts that they will use in case something like this pops up and will only escalate things once the customer is really pissed off and really stand their ground.

    [SIZE=2]Hi Guys,

I'm going to Balanga, Bataan on Saturday and would appreciate if anyone of you can give me directions, I'll be coming from Proj. 4, QC. This is my first time to drive up north so I really need help on what road to take. Once out of EDSA, I'll take NLEX. Will it be best if I get out of Dau then take SCTEX? From SCTEX, should I take the last exit? From there di ko na alam hehheheh...

    Thanks in advance!

Go all the way to the last NLEX exit, go past the Dau exit, then take the next exit to SCTEX. Go straight, don't go right to McArthur.

Take the Dinalupihan exit of SCTEx, and then on to the Roman Highway to Balanga.

    Good luck, and drive safely!

sa manual ng Santa Fe CRDI VGT (which i believe is identical to Carens), up to B5 (5% blend) is allowed. Yung binebenta sa atin B1 lang (which is really low it's funny).

ok sana kung ganon at pwede nga.. kaya lang with the quality of diesel in our country tapos hindi pa tayo sure kung 1% nga ang blend.. what if more than 5% ang blend?? masisira ang engines natin.. other countries have high quality diesel fuel kaya OK eh sa pinas napakadumi ng diesel

I'm not sure if SeaOil already sells Euro V compliant diesel but everyone else is selling Euro II compliant diesel.

the same is true sa Carens as stated in its manual, up to 5% is allowed

This is true, according to this article http://www.tsikot.com/seaoil-to-offe...n-the-country/ and according to seaoil's website.

On this account (assuming that seaoil is not lying, which I doubt they will do or DTI will get them), I have been filling up with seaoil (bio) diesel. I thought euro V diesel, being cleaner than all other diesel here (petron, shell, caltex and others) will be more beneficial to the crdi diesel in our carens. It's better for the environment too.

What got me worried is the coco diesel blend. But it is specifically written in the manual that it IS SAFE (page 1-4 or page 1.5 yata basta sa bandang unahan) to use biodiesel blend up to 5%. As you know, seoil's blend is only 1%, so I think we don't have anything to worry about.

So far I see no difference. I could swear it brings some improvement in terms of power but I could just be imagining things . In terms of fuel economy, too early to tell, I'm only on my 2nd full tank....saka hataw mode na ulit ako lately e kaya hindi conclusive if i were to compare FC.
