Hyundai Santa Fe (Gen. 2) Thread

problem sir kasi there is no hyundai dealership in my place. the SF was probably serviced by a local (reputable) shop. i'll check with the owner regarding PMS and inquire who is authorize to service hyunday vehicles.

on a brighter side. i have seen this SF everyday since the first day it was cruising on our streets.

just had my 20k pms...spent 9600 (used fully synthetic oil kasi) changed fuel filter also (required daw)...did not bother changing filter for aircon (required daw per sched but they said they just cleaned it...pwede pa raw...)


complained of knocking sound when passing rough road - they fixed it...something to do with the callipers of the brakes...

complained of "thud" sound when making u-turn (or making mani obra) - they said that they already received service bulletin from HARI about this. Something to do with the gear box of the rack and pinion steering...they need to open it and change something...will take around 2 wks for parts...will habe to re-sched for this....

Guys, question. Is it safe to leave cars inside the Batangas City port? My team and family is going to Puerto Galera for teambuilding activities and I plan to drive and use my SF going to Batangas City then leave the car and take ferry to Galera.

From my 1st experience last year, I would say yes. Safe mag park sa Batangas port parking building. Tawaran mo lang, nakalimutan ko na magkano per day. Inabot kami ng 5 days sa puerto so pag balik kapal ng alikabok ng mga sasakyan. CRV, Mazda3, Civic dala namin. Bring kumot.:laughbounce:

better bring car cover for lesser dirts accumulation

hindi talaga bagay lagyan ng lcd system and Santa Fe. parang kinabit lang di katulad ng mga new designs ngaun sa America na cars. even yun bagong muscle car dodge na 70's revival mas maganda pa tignan ang lcd system kaysa dyan

dapat change the whole silver front including the aircondition controls and other buttons

Why dont you inquire for advertisement sa tsikot at tsikot pa mismo magpopromote sa inyo... makakatulong ka pa sa pagimprove namin ng services. But using tsikot.com's resources for your business to grow is not allowed... im sorry.
