mga sirs sa website the GS Limo is pegged at 42 Million Korean Won so satin thats 1.76 Million Pesos without tax

and kung yung price ng HVX model ang basis 22M KRW which is Php925,000 tapos benta sa grey market is 1.7 so,

yung price nyan dito if ever hindi baba sa Php3.2 Million


But hey its still lower than the price of Benz's Van

or just get the lowest variant of GS crdi then pa customized mo na lang sa loob

we've decided and settled for grand starex
from pitstop motors.. 2 weeks daw shipping
we chose the silver 11 seater CVX model automatic..
-> drivers & front passenger captain seat (like on hvx model)
-> 4 captain seats (2 is swivel type)
-> 1 bench type seat at the back
-> linoluem flooring, gray/black interior

ALISIN namin bench type seat sa likod for extra space
and para mas magkaroon space for movement yung 3rd row ng atras o abante..
kakalungkot lang talaga walang rear wiper & washer..
perfect na sana for us....

sulit sana HVX for the features kaso we really like linoleum
flooring & gray/black interior
kase mas practical & convenient for our use..

damage will be 1.580 M ( inclusive of insurance,
1 yr LTo registration, free tint, matting, seat cover)

gusto talaga namin manual tranny,but the salesman and even the mechanic
suggested na 5 speed a/t ang kunin kase tipronic naman so almost the same
lang fuel consumption with the manual.. and mas relax driving matic.

plus sabi rin nila mas ma problema pa manual kase prone sa sunog
ng clutch disk at sira ng pressure plate? is it true po ba?
sa mga GRX owners kaya?

cross finger din kami kagaya ng ibang buyer from gray market na wag
magka problema unit even pitstop gave us 3 years bumper to bumper warranty..

insurance from them (pitstop )is 30k,comprehensive,
they promise if ever magamit toh no participation fee will be added.. and

gagawin agad nila unit because its them also that will repair the unit..

unlike pag sa bank or other insurance.. you have to wait for the inspector

before they start the repair, etc plus the participation fee..
is it true? sa mga pitstop buyer po dito..
me katotohanan po ba toh?..
kase were thinking kung sa kanila na rin kukunin insurance..

and also for the 3 years warranty.. i asked the salesperson
kase what i've read here is to avail of the warranty you need to
have your car check by them for PMS for 3 years...

sabi ko it will be toxic for us lalo na pag mga 2 years na ang unit
kase that time what we do is every 5000, kami na lang change oil, etc..
yung major pms na lang dinadala namin sa casa..
kase sa province pa kami.. sa nissan & mitsubishi even toyota
its okey with them sa ganun setup.. sabi ko ma vovoid ba namin warranty?

simply they answer, just inform us sir if youre not going to bring your car
here for PMS, and di nyo ipapagawa sa labas... its okey..

totoo kaya to mga sir? baka naman pag dinala mo na unit at me sira marami na

silang dahilan..calling attention po ulit ng mga pitstop buyer dito..

well yun lang po mga sirs!!

WEll with regards to 3 year warrantyinsurance, it is true as with Hari that you should have your vehicle serviced with their casa for the duration of the warranty for it not to be voided. FOr the simple reason that they can monitor the service schedule and if it is being followed, imagine if you don't change oil at the scheduled period then the wear and tear of the engine will be faster.

I had the same price as what you got and the same deal. But I did not inquire about the participation fee. Its good if it will be free. I just got the insurance for the first year but will get the next year insurance with my broker mas mura. hehehe

I agree, the difference with the features made me buy in the grey market. Lets just hope no major defect happens to our vans on the fourth and fifth year.

So, The CVX m/t seems to be what I'm looking for. but for 1.478M, di ba exactly the same sa HARI? Meaning, I have to decide kung which is the better value: the 5 year warranty, or the extra accessories, (linoleum flooring, black interior, really like them). Help me decide peeps, please!

Plus, me mga nagsasabi, pag galing daw sa HARI, mas mataas ang resale value, how true?

why?
1. sa HARI vgt a/t variant --> 1.648 M
sa pitstop vgt a/t variant --> 1.550 M

2. dahil sa seats config sir.. laki ng talo sa local version
siguro naman nakita nyo na local for sure po..
kase even with manual tranny sa pitstop you can order
the 11 seaters ( driver & passenger captain seat)
at the same price.. no additional payment
exactly the same seat config with HVX..
big advantage na yung comfort there specially for the driver..
very spacious parang kahit 1 whole day ka drive ay effortless..

kahit yung 1.648 M ng HARI hindi papantay sa 1.550 M ni pitstop
i assure you when it comes to seats..
plus 100 thou pa ke hari if you want ganun sa seats ni Pitstop.. san ka pa..

3. next na lang linoleum flooring & gray black interior kase sa local pag crdi
engine youre only limited to beige interior.. kahit mag request hindi pwede sa HARI..

4. spoiler and rear underview mirror may be..
5. and lastly siguro na persuade ako ng mechanic sa pitstop..hehe
kase CBU unit nila from korea.. walang minanipulate unlike sa HARI
never na may negraklamo regarding the static discharge etc sa unit nila..
and sabi nila expert na sila sa starex kase STAREX ang buhay nila..

6. regarding resale value.. all i can say is i think we can sell the starex for the same value with the HARI top variant given the specs etc...

regarding your case na gusto mo manual sir medyo mag iisip ka talaga,,
so for us getting the A/T cvx gave us edge.. unless maglabas ang HARI
ng VGT A/T at the same price.. pwede mo na disregard the features at iconsider ang 5 years warranty
