Bro,- base sa website ng Hyundai Global,- walang SWB variant.... (there goes my hope, too....)
HARI,- are you reading this thread? These are definitely logical and sensible concerns of your local Starex fans... We would be watching from the sidelines how you will react to these. Else....

yun mga gusto ng discount, mag-class action suit kayo sa CAMPI kasi mayroon na daw exective order 617. 0% taxes on CBUs. if CAMPI continues to ignore this EO, then liable sila bec. they're keeping the taxes for themselves at hindi na naman tumatanggap gobyerno.

Bros, our Starex GRX TCI A/T is exactly 3 years old this month. No issue with its performance, except for a remote, not-so-smooth encounter with HARI on their PM job, and the front tyre camber issue.
There's a looming opportunity to replace it late next year. So, I am keeping a close tab on how the new model is being offered in the market, as I am looking at another Starex (this time the CRDi variant) for its possible replacement, whether the current body or the new one. However, the way things are going, and as I said earlier, the price is definitely out of my league, plus the value for money is gone.
So, I guess I have to look at other options. One of the options is to keep the
Starex that we have now for our family van and buy......
Also, my wife has the same opportunity and she's keenly looking at the Tucson to replace our Jazz CVT. I am probably okay with this in the interim, unless the Tucson follows the same 'immaculate' path as the Grand Starex....

I think the Grand Starex is rather good than the former. It has a better build, better interior quality, shuts and opens the way I want it to be. Kaya lang the base model is pretty bare for my liking.
