Malabo na ata magbukas yun bro, ibang iba na Home Depot ngayon eh.

Sayang, they took really good care of my car and madali sila kausap.

Na sticker shock lang ako sa price ng gas (58 per L) dito sa baguio vs the price of diesel. But its well worth it...
Artificially high yung gas prices in Baguio because of the captured market. But if you drive down to Rosario frequently, you can gas up there as it's 12 pesos cheaper per liter compared to Baguio.

Has anyone gotten touch up paint at our Honda Dealers? Found a rock chip on my hood or any recommended paint shop that can replicate well?

Try Mr. Do IT Color Lab (Muntinlupa). They were able to replicate my WOP very well but you have to bring the car to the shop.

P260 for 250ml. I did the touch-up on my own using a toothpick. 2 very small chips on the hood. Very exact color reproduction with high gloss only; I did not bother to have the pearl mix btw since area is very small for my case and I can barely see it.

Hi guys. Im replacing my stock rims with 18". What would be the best tires for it? I'm choosing between 225/45 or 235/40 r18. Ano po suggestion nyo?

    Thanks.

    Update:

So I went ahead and replaced my rims to 18" and my tires to Achilles 2233 235/40 r18. However, I forgot to check the manufacturing date of the tires nung kinabit sya at ngayon ko lang na-realize nang makauwi na ako. Upon checking, it looks like it was manufactured last May 2013 pa so parang ang luma na pala nya. Should I be worried? Huhuhu.

Will appreciate your feedback, guys. Thanks!

Update: So I talked to the tire shop (on facebook) if it's possible that they can replace my tires and the person told me to double check the serial number kasi di daw sila tumatanggap ng below 2015 na production date. He also added na meron din daw dati na akala old na yung production date nung tires but when he brought it to the shop, this year lang din pala production date. And true enough, mali pala yung inaakala kong manufacturing date! Turns out, my tires were indeed manufactured this 2017.

So false alarm lang pala yung worry ko. Haha.

Hope you can update us on the changes you’ll experience coming from stock in the coming days, sir.

Most especially curious about ride and fuel consumption. [emoji1308]

I have 18" rims and there's no noticeable impact on fuel consumption.

Ride is stiffer because of the thinner tires, but still way better than any subcompact. With the stock tires, the uneven asphalt on C5 felt like nothing. With 18" rims, road imperfections are more pronounced but are still very tolerable - better than my old Altis which also had 18s.

Hi. Same observation with sir jut. Though expected ko naman na na mas matagtag sya which I don't mind kasi sanay na ako sa previous vehicle ko. Ang mas na-bother talaga ako is yung NVH after replacing the stock tires. Noise deadening is almost non-existent. I said this because I tried rolling down the windows while driving and the noise was almost the same. Though this is just more likely because of the cheap tires that I bought. Mukhang chakka talaga yung noise cancellation aspect ng Achilles tires.

On the other hand, I feel like the car is now more responsive! I don't know how else to describe it but turning corners is kinda like more accurate now, if you know what I mean.

Eventually swapped out my 1.8e to RS rims and currently contemplating still if I am to go all out with 18s. [emoji1308]

Just got my unit today. Can I verify, yung armrest console po ba ay yung dalawang cup holder lng talaga ang laman.

When I browse the net, yung mga nakikita ko ay may dividers pa and small trays sa armrest console nila.

My Civic RS is nearing 20,000 clicks and I was told by the service advisor that the PMS estimate is a whopping PHP 10,000.00! So much for their "low maintenance cost" marketing hype we read so much back in 2016.

I can't wait to know what this PHP10,000 is all about.

do you really expect SAs to give you outright affordable pms? even toyota SAs give 5figure estimates.

Fuel filter is one item ... you can remove the engine flush treatment and decarbonizing stuff and the price will go down ...
