I was reviewing my FC data. On average, I would get 11 km/L with average speed of 35 kph.

But my most recent fillup with a 34 kph average speed netted me 13.7 km/L! The only thing I changed was my driving technique - lighter on the pedal, more coasting, more predictive on the road.

Improving your technique leads to 25% FC improvement in mixed city/highway driving!

    Anyone using auto head lights?

7am na kahapon naka on pa din, had to manually turn it off.

Light lang naman tint ko sa windshield, OEM35.

Wala naman nakaharang sa sensor, windshield was pretty clean too.

Put it in high, not minimum. You want the highest sensitivity so it turns off with little light. This is written in the manual

    Minimum ata dapat.

Also, magkaiba din pala sensors ng interior and exterior lights. Kanina mga 6:40am namatay na interior lights, pero exterior lights I had to manually turn it off again.

Looks like I wont be able to use the auto function. Sayang convenient pa naman.

Oh you're right bro. Although that's weird, I have both the Civic and CRV on maximum and useable naman auto headlights ko, both with 3M CS20 on the windshield. I'll try them on minimum to see if they get any less sensitive.

35% is probably medium dark for the sensor. maybe there is a manual calibration?

On a different note, how long did the stock battery that was in your Civic when you bought it, last?

Many reported na less than a year lang, so pasok pa sa warranty.

Recently nagkaka problem ako sa Android Auto, when you tap the navigation icon, mga 10-15 seconds before lumabas yung Waze/Google Maps na choice.

After tapping either, hindi nag la-launch, black screen lang forever. Haist. Using Mate 10 on the latest firmware.

3rd fill up. Econ never used, auto climate set between 24-26c.

Kinakapa ko pa yung fuel gauge on when to fill up. Hirap bilangin ng bars!

Btw cool yung auto reset ng trip A/B when you refuel.

Outstanding issue is yung wheel alignment. Medyo off-center pa din. Casa report shows 0° sa toe alignment, previous was -15° sa front right wheel.

Also every start ko sa morning, matigas yung brake pedal. So medyo hassle pag start. I'm not pumping the brakes while the engine is off naman. Hmmm, normal kaya?

We get the same FC at 20 kph average, around 9 km/L.

when engine is off the break pedal was normally hard.
Before switching off the engine put your feet on the break pedal and you feel it still soft, then switch off engine you release slowly your feet on the break pedal and press again and break pedal start to hardened.[emoji4]

Yung ibang cars namin, malambot pa din yung brakes even after a few days.

Worry ko baka may vacuum leak or something.

Sa lazada po meron na replacement but haven't tried the performance..

Yes, the genuine Honda Air filter costs around P1400 something dati, ngayon mas mahal na. And the RS can dirty this up fast in metro manila-like environment (like less than 5K kms) lalo na pag napapasarap hatawan

Now, kung OK lang po sa inyo advise ko, based sa service experience ko sa honda casa and ayaw nyo ng pricing ng air filter nila, this is what I did:

Bought k&n washable filter sa US (around $40 plus the cleaning kit $10). Noon.. .. Kaya bumili na rin ako k&n set for it and use the above workaround..

Brake pedal is stiffer talaga when engine is off diba? How stiff, now that's relative. Have it checked for your peace of mind.

The 1st thing ill check is the brake switch - dapat kaunting apak lang sa brake pedal from rest position(around 5mm max.) eh umilaw na dapat brake lights.

6mm+ and i would DIY re adjust the brake pedal switch...

Then, the longer you depress the pedal the harder it gets especially if wala vacuum assist since you are fighting spring tension.

If sa first few mm na di nag start oto, napapa diin ka na sa brake pedal, making you think na need mo pa mag exert/matigas pedal.....
