    Better to talk to the manager and send a complaint letter to the head office of ford. Ask the manager for the contact number of the head office

    Actually, service manager na yung isa kong kausap, just looking for the right person to call sa ford phils, just noticed din, left coins worth around P150, ayun nalinis, tinirhan ako ng 3 .25 pang tawag siguro, pero yung kalat na iniwan ko sa cup holder hindi ginalaw......

    Do you have the inspection report before they accepted your vehicle for servicing? Kung naka indicate doon na walang crack then you can file a legal case against them especially when they counter signed na wala namang crack in the first place.

    Speak to the Operations Officer, not the Service Manager, of FORD Makati. Also, while in FORD Makati, tawagan mo ang FORD Philippines via its customer hotline to file a formal complaint. Name the persons in charge.

    Hindi mo kinomplain yung mga nawawalang barya? Dapat may check list sila.

    1. Post on Ford Phil's FB page or PM them. Mabilis ang reply nila

    2. Contact the hotline number in Ford Sta. Rosa pero nakalimutan ko yung number. PM mo si macsd, I know he knows the number and alam din nya yung email add where you can send complaints.

    Hinahanap ko na nga yung officer nila kaso ayaw tawagin, fortunately nasa akin ang inspection report, kaso pinagpipilitan nila may maliit daw na crack sa dulo ng windshield which was causing the sound, i asked them kung may picture sila, wala naman maipakita. Thanks sa reply, will definitely call ford philis.

    There was also a sound coming from the windshield area. First thing na sabi ng FORD Alabang: "Sir meron TSB jan for the A-Pillar. We'll definitely fix that right away!" And they did.

    Honestly, FORD Makati service really screwed up there. Wala pa silang one year of operations di ba? Sila dapat managot nyan if they want to continue surviving in the cutthroat business. Wag ka papayag na gawa ng small crack yun...if so, then dapat matagal nang nasira un considering sa sama ng daan sa EDSA.

    Sorry for your troubles pare...I feel your pain. Ganyan din ako noong hindi magawa-gawa yung exhaust smell. We paid P2.595 million from our hard earned savings, so we definitely have the right to enjoy our Explorers.

    Yup, wala pa silang isang taon so the staff might not be that experienced when handling such matters. Although mukhang common practice na ang ganyan kahit sa ibang dealers, yung todo deny kung may nasira. Baka may nagawa silang mali para biglang lumaki agad yung crack ng windshield mo.

    Yung ex-Honda City ko nga na tinamaan ng bato nagka-crack sa windshield, pero 5 years na, hindi man lang lumaki yung crack.

    so true and it really sucks to deal with these kinds of situation. it so rare to find an honest casa, out of all the casa's i've dealt with i'd say motor image is the most honest one. never had a bad experience with them and they really go out of their way just to help you. i remember when i had my forester and had an aftermarket horns installed and the installer broke my steering wheel controls for the radio, talagang hinanap ng MI yung sira free of charge and even talked to the mechanics of the shop i had my horns done so they can teach them how to fix it, pati lay out ng wirings prinovide ng MI for the shop.

    Squeeking sound due to windshield??? Tapos nabasag nila, meron pa rin ba squeeking sound now it's broke? Baka meron pa eh hindi windshield yun. Lame excuse from less than a year beginners. Crucify them at baka dumami pa ang mga tulad nila!

    Ford Philippines Sta Rosa (049) 5415000 get hold of customer service. Tell them how screwed this Ford Makati is.

    had the tsb for foul odor smell done at ford global, i you haven't had this done to your explorer yet i suggest you do. it decreased the smell a lot plus kelangan babad ka sa high rpm before you can smell it unlike before once i hit 4k rpm automatically mangangamoy agad. i hope by the next tsb they will be able to eliminate the smell completely.

    Di kasi ako lumalagpas ng 3,000 rpm kaya wala ako naaamoy hehe. Besides, wala pa ako nakukuhang letter from Ford Phil.

    Pero eto lang napansin ko, medyo malakas ang amoy ng usok kapag nasa enclosed parking area ako like basement. Ganon din ba sa inyo? Noticeable kasi yung smell kapag nakatayo ako malapit sa exhaust pipe unlike ibang cars namin na wala naman amoy.

    i didn't get a letter either but decided to had it done at the same time with my 3rd pms. para di na kelangan pa balik balik ng casa. i called the service manager first to tell him about the tsb and luckily pumayag naman siya to have it done without the letter and without needing to check the car personally, so he told me to call back again after 2-3weeks to see if the parts were ready tapos ayon nung ready na yung parts pina sabay ko na yung pms.

    i live in a condo so our parking is in the basement, so far normal naman amoy just like any other gasoline cars. unlike diesel fed cars na malayo pa lang amoy mo na.

    Just like what foresterx siad, no need for a letter. While i did received one for the MFT upgrade never had a one for the smell tsb but yet Ford Alabang worked on my unit as they knew all units have the same problem. Worse i got my unit at global but i get to service it in Alabang.

    What gasoline grade are you using? From what station brand?

    Either Petron XCS or Shell Nitro Plus

    Pag malapit lang naman minsan may naaamoy ko (example: when loading stuffs at the back).

    Good quality naman. Baka kulang sa hataw ang Explorer mo bro =) Me natitirang carbon. hehehe! Minsan din naaamoy ko lalu't after ilang days hindi na start yung Explorer. I only use the Explorer point to point. City driving is a budget killer. Best FC average in city driving is 5.85 kms/liter.
