To those who changed their Explorer's wheels, where is the TPMS located? Papa-vulcanize kasi may pako yung gulong.

The TPMS is connected to the tire valve. It would be better to go an automotive service center like Goodyear or another reputable one. I think meron din sa manual about changing or replacing tires - might be noteworthy.

sadly i need to replace my tires, i found a crack on the side of the front left tires. i don't remember hitting anything. i wonder how much the tires will cost a piece.

Ok na. Pina-vulcanize ko sa Tire Boy. I called up Ford HQ but they forwarded me to Global coz that's where I bought my unit. Ok naman yung sumagot, he knew where it was (tama, dun sa may tire valve). But he cautioned me that it might need to be reprogrammed by them again. But fortunately, hindi naman nag-error message yung TPMS after binalik yung gulong so I guess everything is ok. Besides, sabi niya na kung mabilis naman ibalik yung gulong then baka hindi na kailanganin reprogram.

And since Tire Boy only has nitro, my Explo has one tire using Nitro... ok lang siguro no?

Bro, might be a tire defect since sa sidewall ang damage. Pa check mo sa CASA. Parang wiper hindi daw covered but since it was only 4 months old at that time, pinalitan pa rin ng FORD Laguna for me.

Mas maganda sana sir kung ipina nitro mo na lahat. Iba ang handling pag naka nitro. Pag air kasi laman ng gulong the molecules expand pag nainitan while nitro wala problema dahil it's molecules doesn't expand. Iba talaga pag naka nitro gulong, sir! I don't know why pero hindi matagtag gulong pag naka nitro. Try mo lang and compare.

Kasi pinadala ko lang yung gulong sa driver namin. Sige next week ipapareho ko na lahat. Thanks for the tip.
Siyanga pala, paano pag nitro na ang gamit ko tapos after a few months bumaba yung psi, pwd ba ordinary air pang top up like yung sa mga gasolinahan?

Pwede naman air pang topup kapag wala ka makita nitro. But it will take more than 6 months siguro bago ka mag top up, based sa experience ko.

yung tire pressure monitoring system ba ng explorer dapat umiilaw rin after you started the engine then mawawala sa instrument panel?

hindi umiilaw yung sa amin im not sure kung disabled o wala talaga. di panaman ako nafa-flat-an and the pressure is always checked so di sya bumababa sa required pressure.

Sakit ng Hangkook yang crack on the side wall. My Starex before also had that problem on 2 tires (sabay pa) after only 6 months. Palit ako Bridgestone.

Unfortunately it's a donut. Your only option left is park beside another explo and swap the tires.:shhh::gotcha: Huwag lang yung sa akin ha...

YUP, it's one of those which light up when you start the engine then off again located on the lower left, yellow light. That's for the new explo, not sure on your model though.
