no plans of modding mine, plan ko lang yung headlight pa retro fit since sobra hina ng headlight natin. if i have the extra money i'll definitely have it foiled. what color ba plan mo pa foil sa explorer mo?

rims mo mag papalit ka? ako gusto ko matte white tapos piano black roof and grille pati side mirror tapos palit din matte black na rims. yon nga lang baka di ko na gawin yon, kasi plan ko bumili ng sports car late next year or early 2014 di yon na lang ang gastusan ko.

Who ever told you na maalog surely has not taken this explorer for a ride. He/she is talking out of thin air.
I don't think your in a buy & sell business, so why worry about resale value when you don;t even have it yet.
Just buy & enjoy it. For all we know , you don't wanna let go of it.
This car does not dictate the price of gas but if your referring to it's consumption it's the best among the SUV of
it's size. If i will compare it with my 2007 4x4 escape, my explo would do 2.5 kms less for every liter but i can carry 3 more adult on that comparison.

the ecoboost is only 150k cheaper than the limited but features are stripped down compared to the limited. in my opinion it's not worth it with only that much price difference.

Naka hold ang rims na ikakabit. Di kasi pumayag ang global na palitan ang OEM rims. I told them na same size but much lighter ang ipapalit ko but in the end they told me that they will void my warranty for suspension. I got 5 years warranty kaya sayang.

kunin mo bro, dali lang lusutan yan. gawin mo pag papa service ka sa casa balik mo stock rims mo tapos pag naka labas na ng casa balik mo after market rims. anyway tingnan mo din ang contract there is no reason they should void the warranty just because of changing the rims unless the rims causes something to break.

Yan din naging problema ko, yung lintik na side mirror sa driver's side. Ang ginagawa ko, sinasagad ko yung angle ng mirror papunta sa akin para ang tinitignan ko ay yung maliit na mirrow nasa upper left side, kasi yan yung magnification na nakasanayan ko na at common sa mga kotse.

we also have a driver like yours elementary pa lang ako siya na taga hatis sa akin sa school. same thing malakas pa din siya at ok pa din mag drive yon nga lang syempre bumabagal na reflex at lumalabo na ang mata. di ko na pinag drive ngayon ginawa ko na lang messenger at taga bili ng kung ano ano pag absent ang main driver ko ngayon siyempre siya ang ka palit.

i agree sa umpisa lang naman nakaka panibago yan, kahit ako medyo nag alangan nung una pero after a couple of days driving it ok naman na.

i suggest reading the contract of the warranty and see if they can really void your warranty by simply changing the rims because i seriously doubt they can. baka nanakot lang ang naka usap mo.

yung driver kasi namin ang pinagkakatiwalaan ng dad ko to drive for us eh so i guess hindi talaga pwede ibigay sa amin yung mas junior, anyway mabait naman si manong pag tyagaan nalang niya yung car he he he sayang binibigay na sa amin yung explorer na kulay black nag back out pa kami sana merong white sana but i am not in a hurry

so far those are the only cons that i see on my explorer and haven't experienced any of the issues i've read on other forums.
