Bro, did you have the TSB for the coolant and radiator done? If so, then CASA might have filled up insufficiently at the time after being flushed. I noticed mine was below the minimum level after they did the TSB but after they topped it up it was ok.

Congrats on your new ride and welcome to the club

You can buy the fuel tank cap from your dealer. I bought one for my Explo.

Can't comment on your question coz the early batches doesn't have the dvd headrest

Seem like your right. It was done together with the TSB on the exhaust fumes. Earlier, when i opened the cap cover, the coolant level rised up to the max line. At any rate, i still added coolant up to the black side just to make sure. So far, no more reduction of coolant. Will run some more monitoring check.

You need a leveling kit for EX. My leveling kit just arrived today. 100% bolt on and design for our Explorer. Ordered the front only. It will lift 1.25" front. It was shipped thru DHL.

This week my set of 22" Ford OEM wheels will arrive thru Fedex naman. By then will have a better stance.

3ple4 - Hobby ko lang talaga to mods cars and SUV's. Thanks...

I just don't like how the Explorer stands. Di pantay ang rear and front fender tires.

Motolite is a good battery. The EX battery are different kasi mababa siya and I've ask before and it's more expensive than the common battery. What I did is that I attached an automatic battery charger in the car if not in use for a long time.

    Traxda 2011-2013 Ford Explorer 2wd & 4wd Leveling kit.

This Traxda 102030 leveling kit gives the owner of the 2011-2013 Ford Explorer (all 2wd and 4wd models) what they really want - room for bigger tires!

The leveling kit also fixes the nose down stance that modern trucks and suvs come with so that the appearance of the vehicle is improved and more ground clearance is provided.

Every Traxda leveling kit is Made in the USA with USA Mill Certified Steel and laser cut to precision tolerances using OEM drawings. Each kit is welded using the latest US Made welders and triple checked to ensure proper fitment. We powder coat every part in-house to make sure the finish lasts as long as your truck does!

Each kit contains two front strut spacers, sway bar mount extensions, all required hardware, detailed instructions and complete alignment specs.

Recommended installation time is approx 2 hours + alignment.

didn't replace my battery, called ford global to make sure and they advice me to bring it in so they could check it first before i replace anything. and luckily i did because they will replace the battery free of charge since kasama daw sa warranty ang battery. will pick up the car tomorrow.

Did you follow the 5,000 km/6 month PMS whichever comes first policy para hindi ma-void yung warranty mo? I don't think makakakuha ako ng free battery replacement kasi 1 year 9 months na ang Explo ko, 6,500 km pa lang ang tinatakbo
