May 21st, 2015 12:50 PM #45My car insurer is also BPIMS and I recently filed a claim. It's been a month since I filed it and no LOA yet. Last week the agent told me that my claim was forwarded to the head office because it was beyond the branch authority to approve. I hope he's telling the truth and it will be approved soon.

May 23rd, 2015 11:36 PM #47check your contract. i don't think you need to pay-off the loan. you can terminate the insurance anytime you want but they will charge you with the free 1st year premium.

June 11th, 2015 10:01 PM #49Question mga boss. I got hit by a mini dump truck. Mayabang kausap.. Any suggestions mga sirs?

Best is to go to your insurance co.and get the advice of their lawyer. Get the pros and cons of using your own insurance to fix your car before making a decision sir. Also know what will be the status of the driver. Kawawa naman din kung sya yun maiipit. Timbangin nyo na lang sir after you talk to a lawyer.
