    I had three cars all with different insurance companies. BPI MS is far and away the WORST among them. Slow service, unsympathetic staff, male-male pa ang process. Nagtuturuan ang ibat ibang departments.

    sobrang bulok.

    +1. Two weeka na nakalipas since i filed my insurance claim up to now wala pa LOA. Sabi nila sa akin in 5 days they will email the LOA pero hindi nila ginawa. Walang kakupas kupas talaga ang bpi ms insurance, consistent na balasubas sa pag process ng claim. Haaay...

    Twice na ko nagclaim sa BPI MS Pampanga - ok naman experience ko sa kanila. 5yrs na naka-insured kotse ko sa kanila.

    i grieve with thee.

    but,
    will you have your car insured with it, next year?
    because if you will, then bpi has no reason to improve its service.

    Im asking wifey to pre terminate our car loan with bpi family and at the same time close our savings, current and time deposits with them if no action is made on our insurance claim by next friday.

    Just curious... ano yung extent ng damage sa vehicle ninyo that will merit doing this? Also, were they informed of this 'threat'? May speed up the process hehe. Also not sure how you can get away with preterminating your car loan without the bank 'winning'.

    Driver side door, signal light, stepboard all for replacement and other body repairs. Pre terminating the car loan means we will pay the remaining balance of our loan. No need to inform bpi family of our plan to pre terminate the loan and close our accounts with them. Btw, it is not a threat, there are many banks who will accept us with open arms to do banking with them.

    Yeah pero no guarantee din yung ibang banks / insurance of good service either way hehehe.

    Sorry to hear your issue with them. Hope they get it fixed asap for your car's sake.

    BPI banking is good, the problem are their allied services like BPI/MS and BPI Trade. These companies are well entrenched that they don't bother about being competitive aka poor customer service. I had my share of ****in service from them but then all the other banks and their allied companies are the same. So, I stick to the personal relationship with the bank representatives, boycott leaves me nowhere but just another pakikisama with another banks manager.

    Of course, it's different if you are a significant client, meaning, you don't have to go thru the internet to be heard.
