    hehe hindi naman.. yun lang kasi insurance ko since 2007... so far happy naman sa kanila..

    Update...

    2 days na and still no call from their evaluators.

    direct lines are useless -> 8840-9999 and 8840-9966

    this number worked, but be prepared to wait -> 8840-9000 Option 3

    San mo dinala for evaluation? Nung nagclaim kasi ako kay BPI MS, sa Toyota Pasig ako nagpunta at sila ang nag-evaluate nung damage. Mahigit 1 week din inabot. I followed up thru email though.

    Some things never change. Early 2000s ganyan na kabulol ang customer service nila. Hindi pa din pala sumasagot sa telepono

    Update:

    April 28 - submitted the required forms and shop estimate to BPI
    May 3 - inspector called

    May 5 - pending pa din ynug approval as they are still trying to negotiate with the dealer/repair shop
