Ok naman bpi ms. I get help from the bank manager ng bpi na nagprocess ng car loan ko. Sya na mismo nagforward ng email sa manager ng bpims.so na prioritized yung claim.

I had three cars all with different insurance companies. BPI MS is far and away the WORST among them. Slow service, unsympathetic staff, male-male pa ang process. Nagtuturuan ang ibat ibang departments.

+1. Two weeka na nakalipas since i filed my insurance claim up to now wala pa LOA. Sabi nila sa akin in 5 days they will email the LOA pero hindi nila ginawa. Walang kakupas kupas talaga ang bpi ms insurance, consistent na balasubas sa pag process ng claim. Haaay...

Baka po pwedeng makahingi ng contact niyo sa BPI MS Pampanga?

First time kasi namin maaksidente. Nabangga yung sasakyan namin, medyo malaki yung sira at maraming gagawin. Ang dilemma namin ngayon, pumayag kami na yung nakabangga na lang ang magbayad ng participation fee at konting danyos. Binigyan kami ng 17k. Ang problema, sinasabi samin na bakit daw kami nagoabayad eh hahabulin ni insurance ang nakabangga. Nakakaawa kasi apat yung naospital sa kanila dun sa aksidente.

Lilinawin lang sana namin na kahit ba settled na ay hahabulin pa rin sila ni Bpi ms?

BPI MS will claim from them if they are at fault ... and if you claimed from BPI MS ... regardless of whether you settled privately with them ... if you signed a quit claim document, then BPI MS will not pay for the repair your vehicle ...

Just curious... ano yung extent ng damage sa vehicle ninyo that will merit doing this? Also, were they informed of this 'threat'? May speed up the process hehe. Also not sure how you can get away with preterminating your car loan without the bank 'winning'.

Best siguro is to look at your policy & contact your provider. Di naman pwede irason sa kanila na "Sabi sa Tsikot.com Forum pwede eh!"

Driver side door, signal light, stepboard all for replacement and other body repairs. Pre terminating the car loan means we will pay the remaining balance of our loan. No need to inform bpi family of our plan to pre terminate the loan and close our accounts with them. Btw, it is not a threat, there are many banks who will accept us with open arms to do banking with them.

Yeah pero no guarantee din yung ibang banks / insurance of good service either way hehehe.

Sorry to hear your issue with them. Hope they get it fixed asap for your car's sake.

BPI banking is good, the problem are their allied services like BPI/MS and BPI Trade. These companies are well entrenched that they don't bother about being competitive aka poor customer service. I had my share of ****in service from them but then all the other banks and their allied companies are the same. So, I stick to the personal relationship with the bank representatives, boycott leaves me nowhere but just another pakikisama with another banks manager.

Of course, it's different if you are a significant client, meaning, you don't have to go thru the internet to be heard.

I have no issue with bpi family (dalaga pa wife ko cliente na sya ng bpi family), collateral damage lang sila because of their tie up with bpi ms.

Check your contract. I know u can get another Insurance company and it’s not exclusive to bpi ms
