Hi guys! Newbie here!

I am restoring a liteace na hindi nagamit for 3 years. Napabayaan talaga.
Wala ako background sa car na to at all. Basta ang alam ko lang 92 model.
I wish to use it as a daily driver, pero alam ko madami pa gagawin.

-busted aircon
-electricals
-interior/exterior
-suspension siguro

Napalitan na daw dati ng makina, pero di na maalala kung ano pinalit- driver kasi ang nag-asikaso, eh wala na yung driver na yun.

Napaandar ko na naman, pero rough pa idling. Giinalaw lang ng mekaniko yung carb. Pinapalitan ko na din ng fuel filter, oil filter, air filter, oil.

I'll be updating you, and sana magpapatulong din sa inyo.
I'll post pics also kung pwede dito.

Ang tibay talaga ng Lite Ace ano. After 3 years of neglect, tune up lang ang katapat.

I have a '98 Lite Ace. Locally made. All stock except for the 14' mags. It never gave me a big problem aside from the power steering pump which I already replaced.

Went up to Baguio 4 - 5 times without any problems. Also went up to Tagaytay via Talisay twice, full load, ok naman although I must admit hirap ang makina.

I also never experienced any overheating sa Lite Ace ko. Normal temperature is less then 1/4 of the temp guage.

Max speed that it has achieved is 140 kph although hindi ko na inulit hehehe. I normally cruise the highway 100 - 120 kph even after 10 yrs. ok pa rin.

Inside cabin is roomy and it's very easy to menuever. Napakaliit ng turning radius at madali isingit singit.

On the negative side, malakas sa gas. around 7 kms per liter city driving. Pag minalas, mga 6+ kms per liter lang. On full load on a sunny day, hirap ang aircon. And it's a bit of a challenge to go to the 3rd row. The suspension sucks if you drive it like a car. Hence, dapat dahan dahan lang sa lubak

. And lastly since the engine is under the seat, mahirap mag trabaho sa makina. Dapat mejo payat and flexible ang mekaniko mo hehe

Overall, i am glad i went for a Lite Ace several years ago.
