hay mga master im just new here... i am planning to buy lite ace van but gusto ko malaman anong pangkaraniwang sira ng lite ace at totoo bang takaw over heat ang lite ace... and malakas sa gas, one thing mga master meron bang lite ace na all power(window (harap) key less entry at power steering i mean yung hindi yung cable at gaano kalakas sa gasolina from naic cavite to makati (para dun sa mga taga cavite magkano consumo ng gas with aircon on) at gusto ko sana malaman kung magkano ang bilihan ng lite ace ngayon at kapag bumili ako ano ang mga bagay na dapat kong iconsider... aminin kona WALA TALAGA AKONG ALAM SA KOTSE kaya ayoko maloko and this is the first time na magkakaroon ako ng sasakyan or kung may maisasuggest kayo sakin na ibang sasakyan na convienient at tingin nyo ay guaranteed na mahina sa maintainance at maayos much better po anyway budget ko po is ranges 100-120k thanks mga master and more power!

guys! mga liteace owners! dont worry, madali lang remedyohan yan overheating ng liteace, all you have to do is overhauled your radiator, fill it with distilled water and coolant, put auxfan in front of it, remove the thermostat, change the clutch fan into an ordinary fan, that cost arount 150 to 200 pesos only, need some modifications sa butas, and change your stock muffler into freeflow muffler, medyo maingay nga lang ng konti.. sure wala overheat yan.. at 30% more power on engine, mas ok din kung ililipat nyo ang condenser ng aircon sa ibang lugar para lumamig ang AC, medyo mahal lang, at about sa lakas sa gaso titipid cya ng 25% lalo na pag papalitan nyo ng jetting ang carburator nyo mas matipid pa lalo, tpos un AC sa likod mas ok kung lagyan nyo nga jetair sa harap ng AC pra ma push nya ang lamig palikod, sure kilig kyo sa lamig.. tested ko yan with our Liteace 92 model, Iniakyat ko sa Mt. Banahaw with AC on, and with 8 people on board, wala pa sa 1/4 ang palo ng temp. ang lakas pa umahon, kya go na, do it right now.. Liteace is the best van sa mga low ang budget, cute pa! pag nagawa nyo yan at nag ooverheat pa rin eh makina na masama jan, baka loose compression na yan.. need pa general overhauled.. for questions! you can email me at dyanski_25*yahoo.com.. good luck LiteAcers!

bro, ordinary fan po yun, 150 to 200 pesos po, if you want to make sure, punta ka dito sa san pablo city, sa TL Auto Supply sa Tabi ng Quickloan Pawn shop malapit sa Shakeys! makakabili ka nyan, meron pa dun 80 pesos lang pang 4k, kso medyo maliit ng konti pero pwede rin sa 5k basta modified mo lang ang butas.. sa NCR kc mahal talaga piyesa, unlike dito samin sa province na mura :-)

Hi guys.... baka interested po kayo... i'm plannaing to sell my liteace 91 model... hindi na siya umaandar new carburator siya... may problem ata sa fuel lines, 50k slightly negotiable pa naman. baka may gusto lang... reply na lang sa thread kung may gusto or msg me at 09192701630. Hello brothers! I hav a '94 liteace gxl and just had its body repaired and painted. Hav any idea on where i can get the body sticker for it? I was thinking of going after the original but the last time i bought one, '04 i think it cost almost 8k. And about the ones found it sulit? Are they any good? 2.8k i think. mga Sirs, san/sino po ba marerecommend nyo na ok na mekaniko, shop para sa liteace within the makati, pasay area? Syempre yung ok at pang long term Pinahiram po kasi sa amin yung liteace ng father-in-law ko at lately mahirap magstart or biglang namamatay pag naka-idle. Papacheck ko po.

Hi. Had it checked initially and the body ground was ok. Had the guages cleaned. The temperature sender replaced with a surplus part. The cylinder head gasket replaced (water overflows everytime i press the accelerator) and the radiator cleaned. Today is actually my 4th day at the mechanic bros and am really stressed over this. Please if someone has any idea. Thank you very much. Have a good one.

try to replace the radiator cap and the lid itself...(water bypass )it cost 1,200 for the cap and the lid.maybe theres already a gap between the two parts,the water leaks and evaporates immediately.

11 Blades ang fun ko at naka fix type na. at hindi ko pa rin npapare-checkup sa Ceejay's. Pero had may aircon thermostat switch replaced (ginawang automatic) sa Rey's Electrical.

Mga gurus i need some enlightment regarding my LiteAce High Temp Problem. Here is the status of my ride:

Radiator - Newly overhauled (with coolant and distilled water)

Aux Fan & Blower Fan - properly working and bagong linis (nacheck na sa CEEJAY's)

Radiator Cap - Newly Replaced

Aircon system - Newly Cleaned (by CEEJay's)

Newly Tune UP - Linis ang carb at palit ng sparkplugs, and change oil.


Here is the scenario:

Tried Driving my ride tanghaling tapat (tirik na tirik ang araw) thermostat nya is nasa mid level ung setting at malapit lng ung destination tapos biglang tumaas ung temp more than half.

i decreased ung level setting ng thermostat, nilagay ko 1st level or mga 1.5 level. Napansin ko bumaba ung temp ng ride ko.

No kaya explanation dito.. ? Sira ang thermostat ko or ung proper setting lng is nsa 1 or 1.5 level ng thermostat? I need your enlightment

Just an update regarding my previous issue (high temp while aircon is on)

Radiator - Newly overhauled (with coolant and distilled water)

A/C Thermostat Switch - Newly Replaced to Automatic (by REY's electrical marikina)

Cylinder Head Gasket - OK since ndi xa bumubulwak while reving-up. Gnun ba dapat while the aircon is on?

Water Pump - ano po ba indicator na sira na or ndi gumagana?

Radiator Fan - naka-fix type and 8 fins na


Im thinking if sa water pump, tubo, or sa Cylinder Head Gasket ang prob.. Need some of your inputs regarding this issue of mine TIA

Magandang Tsikot mga fellow Liteace Owners,

I own a LiteAce GXL Skyroof JDM, and its reconditioning is almost finish. But sa pag test drive ko di ako komportable sa transmission which is ang isa sa mga major problem namin before at probably ngayon. BALIKTAD PO ANG SHFTING NYA NOON 2 4 R SA TAAS TAPOS 1 3 - SA BABA (btw converted ang liteace ko from AT to MT) ngayon naayos nila (Kinonvert nila ang shifting lever cable) and nasa normal shifting na xya pero ANG TIGAS MAG SHIFT (and much worst di ako halos mka kambyo sa 2 at R talagang ipwersa mu para kumagat) sabi sa akin ni Mr. Mekaniko gayun daw talaka kapag surplus/converted.

Mga Liteace mga Toyota expert may paraan ba para maging lumambot ang transmission ko? tama ba ang sinasabi ni Mr. Mekaniko?
