Hi Sir,

I have an Innova-E VVTI.

I have not yet reached 5k but it is 6 mos old from the 1k PMS. Casa are full and can no longer accomodate clients.

Should I wait for it to reach 5k before I bring it to Casa and have an oil changed? (that's whats done in 5k PMS right?) or should I go to a reputable shop (speedyfix is what im considering) to have it done there?

Is it bad for me to wait for our Innova to reach 5k for a change oil or should it be done every 6mos. (mineral oil)

bro yung sa akin lagpas pa 6k yung supposedly 5k pms ko because my waited for me to have it done, no problem naman, sa oil I used fully synthetic.

What happened sa kettle sound of your innova,alternator pulley ba?what causes the defect?Mine was replaced(alternator pulley) but after less than a year it comes that squeeky sound again.anybody who can solve the causes ?

gud pm sir..im an owner of toyota innova G m/t D4D model..and i also experienced such squeekly sound with my unit during its warranty period..dinala ko po sa casa at pinalitan po yung compressor bearing...i also learn from d casa na epekto daw po ito ng madalas na pagpapa-engine wash ko sa unit...so binawasan ko po yung frequency ng pagpapa-engine wash ko to prevent the re-occurence of it kya until now ay oki naman...nwala ang squeeky sounds..also, prevent na isulong sa baha kung pweding maiwasan para di pasukan yung mga bearing.
just want to share my experience about such thing with my fellow innova owners...more power

yup bro no choice ka talaga, they have to bore holes at the back, kailangan talaga yan bro but they will seal it naman pag kabit na ng spoiler,btw mura na yang spoiler mo sa 3.5K bro....

EB is usually every last saturday of the month... medyo busy lang at natataon na out of town kami kaya walang EB for the past 3 months na... hopefully, will sched one this October. sticker is P100.00.

ask ko lang po bat yung 1st pms ko for 1k is almost 2,700. then my 5k pms 2,700 ulit. kala ko ba po mga 1,600 lang. my ride is m/t G d4d last May lang po.. just asking. salamat po.

since you're unit is still under warranty... i suggest that you have it serviced in the dealerships only... in Tyt Otis where i have my PMS done... they usually base it on the odometer reading.

medyo okey lang yung 1k pms mo but sa 5k over priced na yun,usually oil filter lang naman and some checking if you used fully synthetic sa 1k pms, kasi at 10k pa will be the next oil change. my ride is also G m/t variant but I only paid 1.2K sa 5k pms ko.

really,, how often kaba nag papa engine wash? for me kasi I make it once a month, including vacuum & underchasis.

ma'm Liv ask ko lang po, since I signed w/ tsikot then nagpamember na rin sa Innova yahoo group, would that mean na member na rin ba ako ng Innova club.ph? ive read in one thread to become an official member one must attend the EB, so ask ko lang po gus2 ko rin sana mag join Problem is my ride nasa province, pwede ba ako magjoin and buy ng sticker in case the EB would'nt be in conflict with schedule and kahit na hindi dala Innova ko?

Hello Everyone

I had the original moquette upholstery of my Innova G replaced with leather when I got it in 2007.

I still have the full upholstery set wrapped up in plastic--never been used.

Anybody out there with in Innova G that has been submerged in flood, and needing new upholstery, just text me at 0916-451-8508.

Baka may kasama yang engine wash at flushing sa bill mo. Usually kung ano-ano ang sinasama ng SA kahit di mo naman pinapagawa. Dapat nililinaw mo muna sa SA ang mga gagawin at parts to be use bago mo iwanan ang ride mo.

Check your statement of Service for the items they did to your ride.

Warranty is applicable in all authorized Toyota dealers in the Philippines. It doesn't matter where you bought it and as long as they are an authorized Toyota dealer, you can have it repaired at any authorized Toyota dealer all over the Philippines.

We have this free labor for 5k and 10k PMS right? So if i have my Innova for 5k PMS, all i have to pay is for the oil. but this does not have anything to do with the warranty right?

Warranty will still be honored even if I have our Innova change oil in other shop (not a Toyota casa), right? Which is good to say that I can have my change oil outside the Casa without me worrying about my warranty be voided.

Free labor po is on the 1K and 5K PMS. Sa 10K may labor fee na to be charged.

If you have your unit serviced outside (non-Toyota) your warranty will be voided. Sir, why not have it serviced at any Toyota casa na lang to avoid any warranty issue.

It is better to have your vehicle serviced at an authorized Toyota Dealer/Casa for the next three years (warranty period) in order to prevent your warranty from being voided.
