TYRE EXPIRY
Vehicle tires have a 4-year validity period from their Date of Manufacture (DOM). Thereafter, the tire expires and may burst whilst in use. How to find out whether your tire has expired? Check for a stamp like this: (*2603*) There is an asterisk at the beginning and at the end of this serial number.
The first two numbers 2 6 will tell which week of the year has it been manufactured.
NB: One year has 52 weeks. The last two numbers represent the year of make. Therefore, *2603*
shows that the said tire is manufactured in the 26
th

week of the year 2003. *2699* this shows that the tire is made in the 26th week of 1999.
Check all your tires for safety purposes. Do not use expired tires. They are likely to burst (especially when running in hot weather) because the rubber component may have hardened and cracked.

4002means
DOM is Week 40
of year 2002.

If not here maybe I red it sa Thailand forum.

CMIIW doesn't innova have a gas shock at the rear so if it leaks meron din fluid or oil na lalabas

It's been a bad last Monday, nung dumating ako from the office, I parked my innova in front of the house and slept at around 3:30pm. Went to port area to get police report, the following day, got quotation from Toyota, 45K abutin then submitted to insurance. Awaiting go signal from insurance para balik na sa Toyota Makati. They told me that, it will take 1 to 2 weeks to repair, bad trip

--mukhang same week ang kamalasan natin sir GLD. Sa akin naman yesterday morning, while we were about to go out, biglang lumakas yun wind at ayun, nagswing yun gate sa driver's side door, may malaking scratch mark tuloy!

--tagal talaga repairs like in your case. Yun sa Vios ng sister ko umabot almost 3 weeks for 2 dented doors and partially dented bumper (umabot sa kanya ng P60K)... think of the positive side: bawi ka na sa insurance hehehe... *hassle lang nga*

Guys, I had an experience with my innova yesterday at NLEX. Is it normal for our INNOVA? pero pag 110kph up to 115kph very smooth naman. Do you have the same experience or there is something wrong with my Innova?

Tire pressure is at 30, both the old 65 and the new 70.

I saw an innova parked at an SM parking lot, nakakabit siya ng 215/65 r15. It doesn't look that good, personally. Don't know kung sasayad sa full turn and shocks compression, though.

The price difference between the 65 and 70 series is at least 300 petot per tire. 70 series is cheaper.
*altec, ano pong tire brand ang nabili nyo?

120kph? Strange. I never experienced this on mine. Even reached 130kph at South Tollways without any unusual sounds on the engine. Been using fully synthetic oils on my 1k and 10k PMS.
