Reserve tire set with mags cost around 30,000 sa casa. Just go to
Evangelista, sa Makati. Mga 5,000 plus lang. Bago pa ang goma....Kung
naka comprehensive insurance ka, i claim mo. Covered yan. But ask for
cash settlement para walang abono. You will get around 15,000. Then install ka na ng solex tire lock para di na manakaw spare mo.

They are offering trade-in for stock mags less P10K.

and browse on my post where I inserted pics of same. Sa casa pricey yung lock, but I think Miggyboy in caloocan, if I can recall, sells same in a bit lower price. I wouldn't recommend you secure your spare tire with cables nor chains with padlock. Cables can easily be cut same with padlocks which can be opened easily by a mere improvised rod or wire. In my understanding sa nakapaskil sa showroom ay para lang sa alloy mags ang trade-in, steel mags are not included in the trade-in promo. Tires are also not included in the promo.

Mas okay nga yan compared to cable locks. Pero mukhang 2k-2.5K yata ang presyo niyan lalo na pag ang tindahan eh nilgayan nila yan ng label for Fortuner.

Try ko magpa-fabricate this vacation, I was thinking of using the Solex steering wheel lock cut and converted into spare tire lock Solex steering wheel lock cost only P700 sa Ace and some other brand around P500. Mukhang madali lang ipagawa yan sa mga welder.

11-08-2006, 08:34 AM hello po sa lahat ng innova owners...Memebr ako sa thread na to kaso hindi po ako masydo active...May question lang po kasi ako.Yesterday po kasi ninakaw yung spare tire ko sa parking sa robinsons pioneer...So ngayon po kailangan ko pong palitan yung spare tire..any suggestions po kung san mura makakabili ng spare tire with good quality..Salamat po sa mga magrereply.

Dyan din muntik na manakaw yong Mudguards ng Innova ko. Sa likod din nag park si misis. likod na likod malapit sa gate ng industrial area doon. Nakita lang ni misis pabalik sa Innova may nagkakalas ng Mudguards nya. Mga bata lang pero may kasama daw look out na matanda. Kasi sumakay sa scooter matanda na daw yong driver ng scooter. Kaya simula noon sabi ko sa kanya malapit sa entrance at exit lang ang park kasi yon lugar na yon may dumadaan lagi.

AFAIK, ala pa bagong version. So far the only upgrades Toyota did was the introduction of a "new" honeycomb grille last Sept '06 and wheelcover. They also lightened up the "flaxen" (beige) color. Mica Red and Night Mist (grey) are no longer available for G variant. New color includes Black and Medium Silver for G and V variants only. That's it so far.

welcome sir! how is the ride,mine is also g d4d...so far no prob masarap ihataw ndi bitin sa overtaking even at 4th gear from 60km/h hataw pa din sa overtaking within 4 secs 100km/h na agad weepeee! galing ...by the way sorry bout fc i post the other time nasa labas pa kasi ako non and the figure is base from what my driver is sayin pero nong ako na i got only 12.6km/l mix city and highway 14-15 km/l on highways...

thanks for welcoming me sir. OK ang ride and also the power. so far, thanks God and walang problema sa innova ko. i got 8- 8.5 km/l city driving and 12-13 km/l highway on 2k rpm

Yup, your shocks has leak. Mine po is far worst than yours coz both upper and lower part are wet.

I went to toyota north edsa for my 15k, rear axle shaft replacement and replacement of rear shocks. They diagnosed that only the right side is leaking and that is the only one which needs replacement. Sabi ko baka tabingi ang sasakyan ko kung di dalawa palitan. They said it will not coz hindi raw ang shocks ang nagdadala ng buong weight ng vehicle at ang purpose lang is to cushion all impacts.

They told me that all repairs and maintenance will require around two (2) days dahil sa haba ng pila kaya umalis na muna ako to return sa tues and wed.

Just in case na tumabingi ang vehicle, may idea ba kayo kung papaano mapa leak ang shocks ng walang bahid ng tampering.
