To all owners of Toyota Innova:

Good morning, this is my first post since I joined the tsikot yesterday. I was surprised that this group exists, kung baga na chambahan ko lang siya while I was surfing. Medyo maaga ako, kasi pang 10pm to 6am shift ako.

Please allow me to introduce myself, call me GLD working in a multinational company as Production and Maintenance Manager, 43 years old with 2 children. Mayroon pong maliit na business sa bahay, bilyaran and maliit na inuman, kung baga, pwede nating tambayan. Hobbies e, obvious ba, billiards, drinking with friends, darts, badminton. chicks paminsan-minsan. Sorry kung medyo presko ang dating, pero ganun lang talaga ako, kung baga friendly lang and transparent.

Kung hindi naman nakakahiya, I would like to join kung may mga meeting ang grupo pero Saturday lang ako off, alila ng kumpanya I just got my innova last Saturday, pinalitan ko na yung GLX ko na Revo model 2001. I bet marami akong info makukuha sa group sa sasakyan.

I bet marami akong parehas ng hilig. Regards to the group!

Opo Sir GLImamasan 2007 model yung Innova ko , maliit na yung mga butas ng grills sa front saka may cover na yung mga wheel well nila and medyo maputla na yung wood panel compare doon sa mga naunang edition, sabi nga sir noong SA ng TBinc wala daw silang kinita kasi duguan na daw sila he he one more thing nga po pala nalimutan ko ipost pati po yung DI pinakialaman ko na din nag request po ako sa bank na kung pwede ay .1/2% na lang ibigay as dealer insentive instaead of 1 % at pumayag po banko together with the dealer, sinagad ko na po talaga ang kabaratan kasi sayang din yung masave ko .... pang-gasolina din yun....

Okay na yan, got mine G/vvti M/T 2007 model last quarter of October 2006 with P30k discounts and Free 3-years TPL/Free Comprehensive Insurance.

ODO ko right now is reaching 10k hehehe mauuna yata yung mileage ko kaysa sa every 3 months na PMS. So far, I still admire the performance and comfort of driving it plus I admire the paint. It was so addicting to detail waxing this car.

Hi there! This is my first post here. Though I have my Innova J for a year now, it's only now that I've discovered this post.

Nways, I have some questions and I would appreciate if somebody can provide some answers. Btw, I'm not that 'particular' sa mga part's name ng car and its accessories, so please bear with me.

I'm planning to change to leather seats, where is the best place to go for that? Coventry Square, Equipt or Boy Chincuaco?

Also, has anybody tried to change the power windows already? I read P17k daw sa Shark. Is it a good price?

Lastly, my Innova does not have accessory yet sa outside. To be honest, I don't know what mga tawag dun. Basta ung mga silver stuffs na kinakabit sa tail-light/headlights, etc. So, how much ba pag palagyan ng ko ng ganung stuffs? And where is the best place to go for that?

sa aking change oil/filter lang m/t yong sa akin dunno sa a/t or maybe dahil highest variant yong sa yo cnigurado na walang magiging problema heheheh...

pareho lang engine, ehehe. sabagay konti lang nagpagawa kahapon, para makaabot man lang sila sa overhead for the day

--at 1K??? Maybe at 5K pwede pa I guess... But since nalagay na, try to see if there's any difference in FC and engine response? What oil did you use btw? Mineral or Synthetic?

mineral oil lang, bawal daw magdala ng sariling oil. was planning to try motul crdi oil sana.

Siguro ok na ito kasi dami nagsabi sa tropa ko dito galing ko daw tumawad sagad sagaran talaga, right now tambak lang sa grahe kasi ginagamit ko daily ay yung vios ko na 1.5 pang-araw araw so far ODO ko sa innova ay 950, from 0-753 in 1 day kasi dinala ko agad the ff: day sa baguio ... road test ok naman siya ave. 8.5 km/l speed constant 100 minsan pitik ng 140 laro laro lang... this is my style ng break in di gaya ng iba 60-80 kasi feel ko lalo natakaw sa fuel pag ganun break-in ko base on experience sa FX ko before I forgot location ko nga po pala San Pablo City ... for reference dadaan po ninyo kami if your going to Lucena from Manila...

Hello, if you're looking for accessories, you can try autobacs in Banawe, if you're coming from Orthopedic, bago dumating ng Quezon Ave, mga 2 blocks away. Mura dun, maraming nagpapalagay ng accessories. Ako way back my first car, dun na, innova is my 5th.

I suggest pa lagay ka rin, side mirror protector, maganda ang paglagay nila dun, siguradong di na mananakaw ang side mirror mo. Daming options for accessories dun, mamili ka.

good day to all Innova owners! would like to ask lang if anyone had any problems with their aircon. we bought ours - innova J 2.5 M/T- at Toyota Quezon Avenue last January 2006 and last week the aircon suddenly died!
We were told that they need to replace the whole aircon assembly! And it will take 45 days for the parts to arrive. Can you imagine almost 2 months without aircon in the middle of summer? grrrr.

Now, I may not know all the intricacies of a car but I don't think we should have this problem in a 1-yr old supposedly brand new car, di ba? We were never in an accident that could be an acceptable explanation. The whole car doesn't even have a dent or bump! Anyone have the same experience?

can you more specific as what is the real problem of your aircon? It's either compressor or evaporator only as this is the major components of our aircon? also is your compressor DENSO?? Thanks for clarification...

any updates sa fuel consumption? my latest fc is 7.39km/l pure rush hour city driving except for 1 sunday short distance drive.

i think only the g and v variants have the denso compressor. i could be wrong though but i remember this was one of the selling points why i got the g variant. 2 glorious years with my vvti night mist g a/t with nary a problem. fc is 9 km/m mixed city-hiway and as high as 14 on long provincial drives.

*C24, my latest FC is 8.24kpl mixed city and south tollways. Just had my 10k PMS this early March, it seems nothing a bit changed to its performance, parang bumaba pa nga FC figures ko eh.

i get 10.5km/l if do 1 mla-tanay-mla trip and the rest rush hour manila traffic. okay na rin, i used to just get 4.2-4.5 km/l sa escape
