hello paps (and to all), once again i would like to correct everyone about the "type II" apv...excuse me po pero the right name for the new apv is gen2 apv. please let us refer to this from now on.

regarding your question sir archie, the gen2 apv (new apv model) has a coil-spring suspension, meaning it is more rigid as compared to that of gen1 apv, which has leaf springs sa likod.

riding comfort? how do you define riding comfort? since maganda ang pagkakalagay ng engine under the front seats, you wont even know that it's there. the SGX model is the flagship model of the suzuki apv gen 2 which houses 7 passengers comfortably like a car sedan. so no problem sir, except that when you go for long drives you have to stretch your legs.

as for the engine in my experience going up baguio fully loaded walang problem. you just have to turn off your a/c. the engine comes from a suzuki vitara so you would be well assured that the suzuki apv can run and perofrm uphill in a good manner. so dont worry going up!

resale value? the resale value of the apv after 3 years is not quite that high. so lets say you got your gen2 apv for 810k++. the resale value after 3 years is half this price.

to all: once again sirs we would be having a weekly tambay this lenten week before we go to our provinces for more info kindly check our site at www.clubcarryph.tk ! see you there to learn more about suzuki apv's mga sir!

*sleepydoc: sir sama po kayo this week for an unofficial club carry weekly gathering

ahh sorry po for using the "type II", yun kasi yung pagrefer ng SA samin. will be using gen 2 starting now.

    my apologies...

riding comfort... like if you sit in the car for a long time, hindi masakit sa bottoms. unlike the gen 2 crv's... not happy sa riding comfort niya. yung sa recent starex namin, ok talaga riding comfort niya.

    many thanks for the reply.

btw, would anybody know where we could test drive the APV? kasi yung dealer napuntahan namin hindi daw pwede...
    :drive1:

sir, how do you go with the test drive of the gen2 apv? ikot-ikot lang ba around the area? thanks sir lui.

btw, invite ko kayo sa club namin at www.clubsuzukiph.tk this is the new website address of my club (former club carry philippines)

*sir archie: xensya na po paps ah. to continue po the riding comfort of the gen2 apv is better daw due to the modification done sa rear suspension.

No leather seats and backup sensors though but that's double the price! For once I'm glad I live in the Philippines...
That's because in Singapore you have bid for a Certificate Of Entitlement first so they'd allow you to buy a car. The COE alone costs SGD15,000 average. Plus there are other taxes.

sithe apv seems like a practical car. i've seen somes pics here na bihis siya, ok naman. considerations: nasa ilalim ng driver seat ang makina, malakas yata sa gasolina, mahina hatak. but please enlighten me on these concerns, kasi it is one of the choices that our budget dictates. and by the way, HOW IS SUZUKI'S AFTER SALES SERVICE here? at may mabibili bang pambihis sa apv outside the casa? thanks

    - yes nasa ilalim po makina but ung radiator nasa front so nde sya mainit
-consumption is 7-8km/li sa city. normal 1.6li na sasakyan sir
-ung hatak po kasi is subjective. pwede po kau mag test drive samen para ma evaluate nyo ung hatak ng van sir

Suzuki APV is a cool car!!! otherwise known as the Mitsubishi Maven in other asian countries!!! the gen 2 will pass for a cube, scion (box-shaped high tech cars available in the US) alternative. it deserves a second-look before buying a toyota avanza. thank you!!!

yup malakas ang hatak nyan bro. dont underestimate the engine used in the apv. it may be 1.6 but it pulls great. otherwise 8 people cant sit in the van running at 120 kph! that's what i did during one of our trips in NLEX.

as for the aftermarket parts meron nyan sir sa banawe. for the engine oil/air filter/etc. shell has in it for you after your 2 year free engine service from suzuki casa expires

sir kizmark if you want you may pay us a visit in our EBs...

to all: btw may EB po tayo next saturday, may31, sa boom na boom kartland. for more info kindly visit our site at www.clubsuzukiph.tk
