I need to work on my breathing technique when doing the crawl, mainly when turning my side to get some air. I'm used to wearing a snorkel (and mask) where there's a continuous source of air.

With the breast stroke, I have no problems breathing with the classic technique. I can also use a variation where my head stays out of the water all the time. It's a little slower. But, hey. I'm not competing or anything. I just do it for fun.

You have a point. But it requires you to exert too much effort. You can casually swim to your own pace and still get the same benefit.

I made 40/47 free throws. I didn't get to 100 because a guy wanted to play (1 v 1 game) 21. We played two games. I won both. Aching knees again, though.

Afterwards, I did 30 minutes on the elliptical and then called it a day.

I made 76/100 free throws! It's been so long since I broke 75%. I was the only one at the basketball court today. Using 5 positions along the 3-point arc, I also completed 1.5 cycles before I missed. That's 16 straight 3-pointers. I missed from the top of the key, of all places. It's normally the easiest to me.

Earlier, I did 30 minutes at the treadmill and 30 minutes on the bike.

I hope they don't call me to work today. Tired (but elated).

I need a nap before we see the fireworks tonight.

You should return to the Philippines and play for the Gilas.
