I've increased my regimen for the last 4 years : 15,000 steps a day, at least 2L of water a day, no rice(except the occasional sushi and Bacolod Chicken garlic rice) & very very little or no sugar... Coffee is still my opium!

napansin niyo ba the longest living people in the world are usually (almost without exception) small, thin women
tuwing may local news about 100/+ yr old filipinos they're always small, thin women
this is David Sinclair -- a well known aging researcher -- he discovered sirtuins 20 yrs ago (naalala niyo nauso ang resveratrol supplements dati? coz resveratrol is a sirtuin activator -- pampahaba ng buhay)
but this post isn't about resveratrol or any supplement
forward to 1 hour, 1 minute, 40 secs

basahin nyo. Yung iba jan naiintindihan nyo ba?
Kaya wala ako tiwala sa fda. Basta pag usapang health mahina ang peeenoise. Ito na lang dati ko pa sinasabi iwasan kumain ng manok. Alam nyo ba number 1 pinas sa asia breast cancer!!!! In every corner puro manok eh. Nakakahiya sa buong asia pa talaga pang 9th in the world!!!! Konti na lang malalamas
So ano kain lang chickenjoy, araw-arawin nyo mas maganda. Pwede din andoks, mang-inasal, Sa 7-11 may manok din. Saan pa ba wala manok.
The Philippines has the highest prevalence of breast cancer in Asia, and the 9th highest in the world today. Even with the successful fertility reduction and change of lifestyles of Filipino women, the inadequate or lack of knowledge of breast health contributed to the its recorded highest prevalence in Asia.

^ Akala ko corn syrup din ang gamit pangpa-tamis ng mga milktea? Kapag milktea ok lang din? Ano naman difference ng reese chocolates na ang dami mo din binili..
What is it with the gall bladder? I just found out that my friend will have his gall bladder removed tomorrow.
Among my friends ang DAMI ng walang gall bladder and most were done in their late 30s. What's weird e yung mga health conscious pa natatanggalan ng gall bladder![]()
One of the things I am thankful for e "all original" parts pa rin ako lol (no operations, walang dagdag or bawas) Pero kailangan ko na magtino kasi pabaya talaga ako sa katawan, like I eat a LOT OF SWEETS. Lately nga yung Daboy Chicharon favorite ko, I eat 2 chicharon pcs a dayAlthough IF ako since Q4 of 2019, I am not losing weight pero normal naman blood sugar ko.
^^^
Nobody would want to have parts of themselves removed naman siguro.
Those guys were unfortunate enough to suffer from chronic, severe pain because of stones kaya pinapatanggal nila.
Doc d would probably be best qualified to comment on this (if he's not busy)...
Naku. When I saw this thread pop up, akala ko it would be Kags posting a picture of his toilet bowl again *whew*![]()
one function of the gallbladder, is to store bile.
as such, it tends to form gallstones among the predisposed (genetic or acquired).
who are the predisposed to gallstones? those with a history already!
one way to help prevent their formation, is to remove the gallbladder.
besides, "it's one organ we can do without, without drastically modifying our lives.
how common are gallstones?
about ten percent of the human population has them. some are symptomatic, others have no symptoms (yet!).

but they can't eat oily foods anymore? They'd have to use the toilet agad ata?
My brother was rushed to the ER after he ate Liempo (which he asked my Lola to buy for him) It triggered his gall bladder attack, 25 pa lang ata when his gall bladder was removed, my brother is normal weight and active and doesn't eat fatty foods a lot, minsan lang when he likes to indulge, ganun pa nangyariMalamang malas lang ng brother ko na he got those genes
the range of gallstone symptomatology among humen, is very huge.
many die of old age, not knowing they have stones.
others naman, like your relative, suffer debilitating pain when triggered by certain conditions, i.e., fatty food intake.
size of stone and location, are significant factors re. symptomatology.
"genetics plays a significant factor."
They can still eat oily foods ... what they should've done after operation was to NOT stop eating oily foods ... eat SOME oily foods so the body will adjust production of bile ... the more they stopped eating oily foods because of the warning, the more the become sensitive to oily foods ... of course, you don't go all out on eating oily foods ... just eat some from time to time ...
alam nyo ang mahirap sa isang mid 40s na single ngayon summertime eh lagi ako HARDWOOD. Not morning wood but all day hardwood.
Eh hinid naman ako nagsasarili. Ayoko magpalabas ng power. Pag nilabasan ako eh natural like wetdreams. Eh nagyayari lang example in a year mga twice .
