Coronavirus doesn't seem to spread through food.

Dahil naluto na siguro? Kaya pala ang lakas ng food deliveries.

Cooked food is no problem. It is the packaging that it comes in that may be the source of infection.

On our part, we put alcohol on our hands before receiving the delivered package; transfer the cooked food immediately to our serving plates/bowls; dispose of the packaging at once; and spray lysol on the garbage bag/bin before closing this.

Curiously and on this note, do you recycle the microwaveable containers that come with the delivered food?

only if it is of good quality.
if it is obviously for single use, i.e., manipis, magaspang kanto, may punit na, etc., tinatapon na namin.

i wear it just to get through the guard at the entrance LOL. it's all just a formality, the staff inside the stores aren't wearing them anyway

dr.d i just don't want you to get sick

FFP3 reusable respirators for COVID-19; adequate and suitable in the healthcare setting

Public Health England (PHE) currently advise FFP3 level of protection only in the context of a list of aerosol generating procedures1. A surgical mask confers 6x (63%) protection, FFP2/N95 100x (92-98%) and FFP3 100-10,000x (>99%) protection (Figure 1 ).
yan. mga fans ng surgical mask, 63% lang daw

Isn't it there is an article before saying this virus is airborne that's why we wear faceshield or goggles to protect our eye from virus entering.

If you are really afraid of the virus, mag full PPE suit ka paglumalabas, para 100% protection. Sayang lang effort to wear face shield and face mask only just to feel protected pero alam mo naman hindi 100% protection.

For me, proper wearing of face masks is more than enough already. Unless papasok ka sa very high virus concentration areas like covid wards and isolation buildings.

for me tama na ung naka surgical mask

    OA na ang face shield

ung binili ko hengde several months ago bagong bago pa coz i only wear it to enter stores

i don't go crazy researching the hell out of every kind of face mask to see which one is most effective

for me useless knowledge malaman alin ang pinaka effective na mask

para sakin mas enriching magbasa tungkol sa virus itself, its parts, where it attaches, why people have no/mild symptoms while others get very very sick

mas gusto ko magbasa tungkol sa interferons, mucosal immunity, t-cells, b-cells, etc

I check with worldometer right now we are at around 63.5M total reported cases worldwide. But how about unreported cases maybe triple or quadruple the current total active cases?

For mask my gauge will be my breathing if I can breathe freely then that mask is no good or it doesn't fit properly. I myself use only clothed mask most of the time.

The face Shield is a redundant safety measure put in place because the authorities knows that some pinoys would not follow the rules of proper wearing of face masks. Thou it is true it only gives a very minimal protection for airborne viruses, most people including me will gladly take the small inconvenience for a little added protection specially since proper mask wearing for me is already an added burden when getting out of a car.
Proper Social distancing will lessen the chance of getting the virus more than a face shield but if you have gone to any of the big malls this past weekend then you will know that the proper social distancing isn't being strictly followed.

    Proven na magkakapatid ng 2020

    COVID Fatigue-> Burnout-> Complacency -> Death

    Walang, mintis yan.

2 kasama kong oz, nag holiday sa Spain bago mag RnR , isa nalang nakabalik. And you know something is wrong because we were all tested.
Then yung jap-can naman umiinom daw cya ng malarone so kahit naka short pants lsng sa bar okay lang daw. 3 weeks ns sa hospital sa toronto tinamaan ng 3rd strain ng celebral malaria.
Ganyan talaga mentalidad ng tao, habang nakaka survive they always have that feeling of invicibility, until..............

Sabi nga an ounce of prevention is better than a pound of cure kung may cure na kaso wala. So kahit 30% lang effectivity ng face shield I still wear them.

face shield can block large droplets that may otherwise land on your face. useful in some medical applications.

doesn't block aerosols so it doesn't help if you're just walking around in the supermarket
