That's also another thing I refuse kasi if it's harmful to the eyes and skin then I won't risk it. I will stick with soap and water/alcohol

Re: UV light, I bought a room UV light with a remote controller. I use it to disinfect rooms when visitors or utility men come, sometimes for Lazada/shopee purchases. Never buy a UV wand, too dangerous.

Also, my hands nagbabalat at kulubot na from too much soaping and alcohol I read somewhere very small chance to catch covid from objects, unless an infected person sneezes, coughs or spits into it then you touch it. Then again, it does not survive long naman daw in surfaces lalo na open air?

Anyway, I know I am super paranoid and even my friends and family are telling me to loosen up a little, I still think face shields are not essential and I hope I did not catch anything when I had to wear my face shield that fell to the floor (I alcoholed naman)! Mas prone nga kasi sa tanggal alis ang face shield. If they want the eyes protected dapat nga goggles or yung parang sa astronaut hehe
Now i use fogger with solution (organic na antibacteria)... parang backtozero ng microtex... No need to bilad under the sun... just switch it on 2-3minutes then finish...

Also, from grocery i leave those products with plastic cover except for meat fruits and veggies... iwan ko din cp ko wallet and all na dala ko from labas...

The idea is to use a weakened virus as a delivery truck to carry genetic instructions to cells within the nose and the throat, which will in turn create powerful antibodies to stop SARS-CoV-2 from invading our bodies.

The fact is, face shields doesn't help in preventing one from catching the virus, it may actually increase the chance of getting the virus.

Minors not yet allowed in Metro Manila malls pending experts' opinion

Why is it that we are so late in implementing policies?
