No, for you personally. Sa akin walang acceptable honest mistake sa ganitong meron malaking implication sa buhay ng tao saka sa mga nakasama niya. It's been 7 months naman, meron process yan na hinde nasunod, nag shortcut nanaman.

For me is if you did your job as you are supposed to pero nagkamali pa rin, honest mistake. Pero if the mistake is caused because someone got lazy e.g. did a quick scan instead of verifying it one by one that person should be held responsible.

For me, with what I know now, that's unacceptable. Too serious to be lax on protocols. I would want to have a thorough investigation and to have the wrongful person somehow be penalized, whatever it is. Just so deterrent nga sa mga susunod na ganyang situation.

who among us has not made a mistake?

sabi nga ng isang authority, "doctors are the only professionals that are not allowed to make a mistake. i can not imagine anyone being able to live like that."
But there are also those doctors who are continuously making mistakes doc. Other doctors will confirm the mistakes but won't speak out against them. I don't think malpractice suits prosper here because it seems doctors tend to protect one another even if one of theirs is clearly not fit for the job.

I know of a pedia neuro that has misdiagnosed countless patients. I imagine those kids' chance of living a close to normal life is gone.

Now I am beginning to wonder if this was an isolated incident and the only one that was publicized

    Monoclonal antibodies

The longtime Trump ally said he's now recovered from his illness, and thanked his doctors and "the manufacturers of Remdesivir and the Eli Lilly monoclonal anti-body cocktail for giving me access to their extraordinary treatments. I am confident that all of those factors contributed to my good health today."

Eli Lilly says its antibody treatment works in COVID-19 patients - Business Insider

Lilly had previously released results for a similar treatment using one antibody, which experts viewed as promising. But the new results, of a combination of two antibodies, appear, based on limited data provided in a press release, to be more robust. The results also appear roughly similar to those Regeneron presented last week of its own cocktail of two monoclonal antibodies. Last Friday, President Trump was treated with the Regeneron monoclonal antibodies.

Monoclonal antibodies are synthetic versions of the antibodies that are one of the main weapons of the immune system. Researchers believed that injecting them into patients could help treat them.

    the working conditions present therein,
doing and encoding 100-200-300 tests day in and day out...
    the repetitiveness is hypnotic.

spending more money for computerization and more trained personnel will help,
but the test's already high counter price will increase significantly...
then the costumer will complain of the high cost.

    i'm not apologizing for them.
i'm only telling it like it is.

i am reminded of a heart transplant gone awry, years ago.
SOPs were in place, such that errors would be caught by the other members of the team, before damage could be done.
well hello! at least four highly trained professionals incredibly made a lapse, such that the single error passed all scrutiny...
    resulting in a blotched undergoing.
    patient died.

Yup, ganun talaga pero basta sundin yung protocol wala naman magagawa yung threat.

The presumption naman is that the government employeenor officer 8a doing his job. Complainant needs to profer evidence, hindi pwede allegations and surmises lang.

and that's probably the reason why everybody clams up when an error is discovered.

Regarding sa pag fill up ng contact tracing. I see more and more people using QR code to fill up so no need to touch any thing on the guard station/entrance. Yung mga seniors lang na somehow nahihirapan sa technology ang gumagamit ng logbook at ballpen.

Regarding sa mask I hope they change the age to 18 and above. Below 18 eh medyo mahirap pasunurin sa mask yan. Mga pasaway pa nga yan.

i have recently received several emails from "BDO", informing me that my card was used to purchase a samsung laptop.
they are requesting me to click their address for reply...
thing is, i have no BDO account of any kind.

so how did they get my email?
my suspicion is, someone got it from these logbook entries.
malas lang ni perpetrator, that i am among those who have no BDO account.
kawawa naman yung nakararaming merong BDO account at nag-click...

I bought a really nice mask in shopee that is made in Vietnam. It's 4 ply at ang tibay! You can't even tear it with your hands (need scissors) I feel safer going out when I use it, and it's black
