Indonesia has now surpassed the Philippines for Total Cases. The Health Ministry in the country announced 4,411 New Cases of COVID-19 on Thursday, bringing Total Cases nationwide to 349,160. According to data released by the ministry, 112 more people have died of the disease, bringing Total Deaths to 12,268 – the highest in Southeast Asia. The Philippines is in second spot for highest daily tally of New Cases. The Department of Health (DoH) in the country reports that Total Cases of COVID-19 now stand at 348,698, after 2,261 newly-confirmed cases were added to the list of COVID-19 patients.
