the most comprehensive list of covid19 symptoms i've come across

Full list of 170 long Covid symptoms that plague body and mind - from hair loss to incontinence

but i'm not sure how spot-on this is so proceed w/ caution.

Don't worry, government is doing their best to be number 1 again. Starting with reducing the distance on PUV, one seat apart na lang. Sa bus then malapit na allow ang standing sa aisle. They are even suggesting using the computer shops for distance learning para sa mga walang gadgets. They won't do face to face learning pero tabi tabi sa computer shop eh ok.

LSI dineklarang negative sa PCR test kaya umuwi sya sa pamilya nya kasama 2 parents na senior. Then later tumawag ang LGU para sabihin positive pala sya.

    tao rin sila.
    nagkakamali rin paminsan-minsan.
even doctors and laboratories make mistakes.
who among us has not made a mistake?

sabi nga ng isang authority, "doctors are the only professionals that are not allowed to make a mistake. i can not imagine anyone being able to live like that."

why does the institution not grant an interview, i wonder?

    personally,
if a reporter asked me something about a pasyente, i wouldn't grant an interview, either.
"privileged information, and you are not privileged."

Tell that to the guy who just put both his senior parents and sibling in danger because of that error.

Napakatanga nun nagkamali. Can't use the excuse "tao lang" it is lives we're talking here.

The person responsible must be held accountable.

Tama ba palusot. Masyado na matagal itong pandemic para magkamali pa rin sa process.

    yes, it is unfortunate,
but it still does not detract from the fact that all humans make mistakes.

Yes, but there are SOP to lessen that mistake. And if that mistake will cost lives you can't use "lahat ng tao nagkakamali" excuse. You'll still go to jail.

    i agree.
but no tao is immune from mistakes.
the best that we can do, is learn from the experience and strive that it does not happen again.

    what did i say!
"doctors are the only professionals that are not allowed to make a mistake. i can not imagine anyone being able to live like that."

like you said, "SOP to lessen that mistake".
    but to eliminate it 100%?
    no SOP is that perfect.
we can only pray that the mistake is minimal, when it happens.

time and again, i have been asked to rush my work.
my response is, "please don't rush me. i make mistakes if i am rushed."

    right now,
    i'm interested in what happened.

I am curiuos as well as to what happened. If it was honest mistake then understandable. But it should be investigated and if there are breaches in protocol, that guilty person should bear the consequences whatever it may be. A slap on the wrist is not acceptable at this stage.

Plus, I hope it will serve as a deterrent. You can't be too careful enough this days.

From the site Stand for Truth. I hear mention viber and record/database error. Most likely error in encoding.

Stand for Truth: LSI na idineklarang negative sa swab test, positive pala?! - YouTube

I work for IT for in a healthcare company. We have what we call coders, QC, and QC 2. These are part of the SOP to lessen the error. Yes you are right, people still commit error but most of the time one of the roles was skipped. And usually errors cost millions. And usually the one who didn't follow or skipped the SOP gets fired. So people still commit mistakes but there will still be consequences.

Ah that is for the quasi-judicial administrative court to decide. We can only hope their explanation for their answer fits the criteria laid down. May guidelines yan which I don't know. If those are followed for example, then "honest" mistake maybe imho, if not, then that is negiligence already.

On a side note, even the guidelines could be found to be lax or lacking. We can only speculate. But if ever that is true, very sad that we are deep in this pandemic yet this kind of issue/problem is still happening.
