Alam ko in Metro Manila mayrun a few very hi tech and bagong cold storage facilities dito. i am quite sure kaya nila modify yung facility nila to accommodate the storage of vaccines. its the transport to and from the airport plus the transport and storage in the provinces that will be a big problem and hindi natin kaya.

tama si uls sa provinces yung security kailagan, NPA at mga radical muslim in the south.

Sobra problematic yung sa Africa, no infrastructure whatsoever. Then wala din access roads to far flung places. Sobrang laki ng continent, sobrang konti ng airport capable of handling cargo jets.
