Take over ni duterte j&t lumilipad naman mga trucks nila. [emoji23]
Baka pwede yun cargo container lang mismo ang equipt nila to carry those vaccines and not the plane mismo tula maliliit lang naman yan vaccines.
Meron na palang mga existing unit load defice na temperatures controlled for planes so pwede na mga yan.

so what's so special?
sa sobra iksi ng shelf life kailangan gamitin agad
Given those constraints, the analysts argued that Pfizer's shot could only be used at certain hospitals and clinics with the proper equipment, and would require "intensive one-day vaccination events at such sites ... (that would) cover a fraction of the healthy population."
pag arrive ng vaccine, gamitin agad
kaya ba dito sa 3rd world PH?

Moderna
negative 4 degrees Fahrenheit
hindi Celcius
Despite similar storage issues, Moderna is pursuing stability data showing its vaccine, mRNA-1273, can be stored at -4° Fahrenheit—which would be a big leg up over Pfizer's candidate. On a Wednesday call with investors, Moderna CTO Juan Andres said the -4° mark was a "very normal storage condition" comparable to home freezers
infrastructure available?
sa mga probinsya meron?
"Of course, industrial, well-monitored freezers for pharmaceuticals will be used for storage and shipment, Andres said. "The point here is that the infrastructure is widely available, and we do not need special equipment to use our vaccine."

Mass vaccine facility malapit sa airport para pag dating diretso na magamit or kahit yun hanger ng mga planes doon na gawin vaccination sites. Easier said than done. Yes, but we have to do something kung yun lang talaga paraan.
Or kahit sa tabi nun tarmac magtayo ng tent pare diretso na.

kaya ko nasabi mas bagay pang mass vaccination sa Pinas ang mga old fashioned traditional vaccine na gawa sa whole virus kasi di masyado maselan
you need to transport the vaccines all over the country tapos pag dating sa destination kailangan mo ng storage dahil di naman magagamit agad
eh ang gumagawa lang ng old fashioned vaccine mga China pharma
--
re those hi tech vaccines made by western pharma
kung ang vaccine after only 24 or 48 hours masisira na (in normal home freezer temp) paano mo gagamitin sa Pinas ambagal bagal kumilos ng gobyerno natinLast edited by uls; September 16th, 2020 at 03:16 PM.

September 16th, 2020 03:41 PM #17759Alam ko in Metro Manila mayrun a few very hi tech and bagong cold storage facilities dito. i am quite sure kaya nila modify yung facility nila to accommodate the storage of vaccines. its the transport to and from the airport plus the transport and storage in the provinces that will be a big problem and hindi natin kaya.
tama si uls sa provinces yung security kailagan, NPA at mga radical muslim in the south.

Yes, something really has to be done. But knowing how our government works, good luck to us all, er, sa mga mahihirap lang pala. The rich have the capability to travel to another country to take the vaccine.
Another thing, pag dating ng vaccines dito, dami pa red tape. A lot of the medicines in the warehouses of DOH inaabutan ng expiration date. Daming documentations etc., tapos bagal pa kumilos. From customs to rural health units, dami sobrang dadaanan.Signature
