does this mean, the lockdown will be maintained in certain areas, and relaxed or lifted in other areas by next week?
what do i think about it?
i am not sure.
"uncomfortable", siguro.
i do not want to under-estimate this virus,
but i am getting desperately bored at home...
it is truly easier to make a decision, if one is not involved.

if the decision to extend lockdown is based on that flatten-the-curve thing dapat mag partial lifting na
remember that flatten-the-curve thing is to keep the number of patients below the capacity of healthcare infrastructure
the gov't has done 2 things during this one and a half month long lockdown
1. increased the capacity of healthcare infrastructure -- opened quarantine centers like rizal stadium, picc, world trade etc
2. slowed the the rate of infection
so for me dapat mag partial lifting na

JUST IN: President Rodrigo Duterte may give announcement on whether to lift or further extend #LuzonLockdown on Thursday, April 23, 2020, according to Sen. Bong Go.
Go adds that the President will hold a meeting with IATF on the said date.
syempre umuuwi yan
baka may community transmission sa inuuwian niya
tapos dinala niya sa RITM ang virus
RITM says first employee with COVID-19 had no lab, patient exposure

MANILA — The Research Institute for Tropical Medicine (RITM) said on Tuesday it was still investigating how its employees acquired COVID-19 as the first patient did not work in their laboratories.
“Yung first case namin encoder sya. So wala siyang exposure sa lab, wala syang exposure sa patient. So ang suspect namin community-acquired sya,” said RITM Director Celia Carlos in an interview with ABS-CBN News.

Single digit new deaths for the PH in two weeks... I think the PH already passed the peak in terms of death * 50 deaths last April 12.

For ex. Indigent/Poor na walang capacity to pay, 0 cost
