Dapat meron app for contact tracing.

The app will ask permission for your contact list, then let's say one of your friend who's on your contact list has been tested and is verified covid positive, the app will send notification to you, something like:

"one of your friend who's on your contact list has been infected by the virus, if you're living in "city, baranggay" or have been in "movement of the positive covid patiend 15 days before he got tested" pls. get yourself checked".

I didn't include the name of the patient, specific address of where he's living because we have patient privacy law. The movement is important kasi dun mo malalamn kung naka salamuha mo yung patient na nag positive.

Then if you got this notification, automatic priority ka to get tested. Ipapakita mo lang yung notification which can be save on the app and you're automatically a PUI/PUM already na prioty na ma test. Hindi pwede madaya kasi the one who's handling this app can verify it via your mobile number.

The App will be handled by DOH/Goverment.

To simplify my suggestion, We just need the help of smart, globe and other mobile network.

Get the mobile contacts of the positive patient and let these networks send mass text alerts.

Ang advantages of this compared to Singapore app are:

-Marami pa ring Filipino and hindi techie especially yung mga matatanda at mga nasa province (hindi marunong mag install ng app and mag turn on ng bluetooth)
-Marami pa rin satin ang walang regular access sa internet and some might not even know how to use the internet at all
-Mas madaling ipaliwanag sa lahat "if you receive a text from DOH, kindly call this number" or kahit DOH na ang tumawag for an interview.

Almost lahat na siguro ng Filipino or 95% may access sa text messaging compared to an app na internet base. Plus mas mahirap ipaliwanag ang app sa hindi naman techie.

Not sure kung ginagawa na ito ngayon ng government. Ang napanood ko kasi is, mano mano pinupuntahan sa bahay yung nakasalamuha.

Maybe something isn't right on how we diagnose covid pneumonia to a common pneumonia? It's weird.

tinetest naman for coronavirus mga na-admit sa ospital na may difficultly breathing / acute respiratory distress

hindi naman diagnosis lang na tinitingnan lang ang xray / ct scan

if this was a regular flu season and pneumonia deaths are only complications of flu, New York City's hospitals wouldn't be overwhelmed

I think yung main difference yung nagpapasok pa din sila ng hindi taga-Rizal basta meron gagawin dito kahit hindi "essential" ang reason.. Maraming reported case sa Antipolo, Cainta at Taytay dahil kami yung entry point and nandito mga Commercial Businesses..

Ganyan din yung nangyari sa Bulacan & Bataan. Maraming di mabibigyan kasi 2015 data ng Census ang ginamit ng DSWD.

Mukhang sa Taytay Municipality para ma-address yung updated count.. Gumawa ng appeal yung Mayor namin.. From 30K+ nag-appeal sya for 80K+ households.. Ang laki ng difference..
Parang suntok sa buwan naman yung appeal..
From 195M+ per month magiging 520M+ per month.. Eh 2 months pa.. Eh di sa amin palang 1B+ na.. Taytay lang yan.. Hindi buong Rizal.. Hehehehe..

Napa isip tuloy ako dun sa DSWD Amelioration Program.. Baka pwedeng isama nila Records ng BIR.. Tutal mas makikita dun yung Tax range.. Yung exempted sa tax na approximately 400K annual income below (remove duplicate address dahil 1 per household lang) .. Tapos ibangga nila sa Records ng DSWD, CENSUS, 4Ps, GSIS/SSS (Pensioners).. di man ganun ka-accurate atleast mas madali nila i-validate..
naku goodluck sa hindi nila maisama dahil walang records (kahit birth cettificate and id wala).. at yung maisama na kahit capable naman..

EDIT: Add ko na din.. Kaya importante and centralize id system.. tsk! hindi centralize records natin.. Oo nga maraming privacy related issues.. Pero isa ito sa mga uses.. Pati na din yung family tree and legal beneficiaries madaling i-validate..
Btw, mali pala yung remove duplicate address dahil meron extended families na nakatira sa iisang bahay, iisang address lang gamit..

Kaya pala nag-file ng appeal yung Mayor namin para documented.. kasi maiipit pala sila na LGU dahil meron pala ipinangako na all households.. Ang hirap naman ng process nila.. double work pa.. yung example sa video na 2,500 households yung actual.. Ang hirap ivalidate yan, bahay bahay para sure? pwede 1 person per 50 households.. Divide na lang sa 3-5 days yung validation.. pero 1 barangay lang yan.. Merong ibang barangay mas marami pa dyan.. Saklap...
