On Thursday, the Department of Health (DOH) disapproved Marikina City's testing center because it didn't meet biosafety level 2 requirements.

According to the DOH, the testing facility should be located outside of the Marikina City health office "so that cross-infection is minimized and less foot traffic will be observed for the protection of your staff and constituents as a whole."

And bailing them out is a good deed?

I think we should assume that not all are kadamay members. Those who are guilty will be penalized naman in the end but at least those who are innocent without the capacity to make bail won't have to suffer imprisonment for the duration of the hearing.

This is a good news since we now have our own and will not rely on imported ones and it's very cheap.

Kung matapang si Digong, siya maging prosecutor ngayon. Tignan natin kung ang galing niya. Pero malay natin for the first time in his career, may maipanalo siyang kaso.
