Not really unexpected that these wet markets will have people who are virus positive -- but still alarming considering they are an essential business.

BTW, if there's a positive case in Arranque market now, why are they gonna disinfect on April 6 -- which is still a few days away? Shouldn't disinfecting be done immediately? Or are they waiting for a disinfecting team and that team cannot schedule them immediately?

I have no such ambitions, sir. Did not even want to be class president in school. Merely a humble citizen of the republic doing his duty to keep our government officials from straying too much out of their sworn duty to serve and into the abyss of corruption and evil. We all do our small part.

Volunteer in the front line.

Make a difference.

This may sound banal, but action speaks louder than words.

"Serving" comes in many forms these days, and I contribute what little I can to the community I live in to combat this plague -- be it in donations or service -- I'm content with that.

about 2 weeks ago i think i mentioned here that the mother of an acquaintance of mine died because of the covid19 - tests that came out after her death have proved otherwise though. apparently, the aged lady died due to a severe case of pneumonia.

i'm not sure if her death has now been stricken off the official list of those who succumbed to the plague but i guess it's probably reasonable to deduce that the statistics we see are probably off a wee bit. it appears that amidst all the hectic uncertainty, listing the number of people who expired w/ symptoms similar to those who actually died due to the pestilence, have been somewhat inadvertently lumped together to a degree.

Did she have pneumonia before being hospitalized? So the test results were negative pala?

From what my doctor friends arw saying, some of those that are showing mild and even moderate symptoms are not tested. So if the numbers are not accurate, it's still definitely lower than the actual count by a mile.
