Yes, firm adherent kami sa hygiene theory.
But I hate clutter/magulo, and may tamang linis sa paligid and katawan naman (soap & water's fine)

one problem, however, is that cigarette smoke is, by itself, also harmful.

we are just exchanging one harmful molecule with another harmful molecule.

Probably got confused reading up the latest conspiracy theories on the `Net.
It must be disorienting to have layers of tin foil wrapped around one's head so the "space god aliens" won't be able to read your brainwaves...

After some reflection on this, the Doc is right.

They don’t seek treatment lang bec. they either can’t spare the time, find consulting a doctor intimidating, or simply don’t have the means. Medical care is a “luxury” to them.

“Ay, hindi na ako nagkunsulta sa duktor, pinahiran ko lang ng Vicks, o, e NAWALA!”

“Hindi ko na lang iniintindi" (kahit may fainting spells na minsan)

“Ni-resetahan ako pero di ko binili. Uminom na lang ako ng tsaa na inaadvertise nila dun sa radyo" (snake oil herbal remedies commonly endorsed sa radio with a quick “no therapeutic claims” disclaimer hastily mentioned)

"Sabi daw itong PAMPURGA ng kabayo, gamot daw sa COVID, kaya uniinom ako nito tuwing gabi!!!"

Then when the symptoms ultimately force them to rush to the ER in the dead of night- ayun, stage IV na pala, then its all (quickly) downhill from there. They pass away just the same.

Ewan ko lang bakit kailangan pa magpa test. Kung mwron kang symptoms, mag isolate na agad for 5 days. Whether it's covid or not then hinde ka na nakahawa. Lalo na mga vaccinated and boosted kung mild lang then assume that you're positve. Isolate Na, no need to confirm.

Our company provide M/medical time specific for covid… 14 days out of work pag positive ka via rt pcr… madami siguro same sa company namin that’s why gusto nila confirmation from rtpcr… [emoji4] pero ako din if i have symptoms i want to validate it, dag2 booster na rin yan aside from vaccine…
