Pero madami sa mga yan ay Sinovac according to a friend who is a covid doctor.

to be honest malaki natulong ng sinovac kung wala sila wala pa tayong nabakunahan so pangtawid talaga yan sa surge but now that meron ng available na better vaccines dapat doon na mag concentrate at ibigay sa mga tao unless sinovac came out with newer version.

Not sure pa where to get a paid booster shot of Moderna or Pfizer. I was offered a slot in a company vaccine but had to pay 3k+ for the 2 doses, but that is for primary vaccination not booster shots which means i had to lie to the HCW there that i wasn't vaccinated yet. I declined the slot and it was given to another person. I would prefer to get it in a hospital or clinic setting that HCW understand na the shot is a booster shot.

Why did you decline? Isn't the booster just the same formula/vaccine? I didn't know na iba pala formula ng booster? I plan to get moderna/pfizer sa US but I will tell them I got sinovac last May. Ewan ko lang kung doctor ba nagbibigay ng shots sa US e sa pharmacy lang ata sila nagsho shot so I assume nurse lang?

Hindi ba iisa lang ang booster at 3rd dose? My understanding is it's the same formula lang naman diba, so I assume booster means you get a 3rd dose, does it mean the booster is a different formulation pala? Example ang alam kong magkaiba ang 1st and 2nd dose ay sputnik, but all other vaccines are the same, they are just given twice (and in the case of J&J once)

I thought ang booster exactly the same as in one vial, parang 3rd shot talaga. So that means yung booster shot less quantity yung ituturok kasi wala naman ata dosage ang vaccine?

Nagdadalawang isip nga ko if I will get vaccine in the US kasi parang mas gusto ko na sinovac kasi traditional vaccine. Saka yung mga kilala ko nag moderna ang tindi daw kasi ng side effect, pero natatakot naman ako mahawa sa eroplano pabalik

iba daw ang nadedevelop na memory cells from 1st exposure with real virus vs 1st exposure via vax

di ko na i-explain mahaba eh pero it has something to do with OAS (original antigenic sin)
