Based on some articles that I have read about omicron incubation period is shortened 1 to 2days and symptoms will show up.... compared to original wuha which takes up several days before you will noticed symptoms. This is also a key factor that we can easily detect and isolate unlike before.

We had antigen test and then rtpcr test. Some of my olleague tested negative in rtpcr but positive in awab antigen how is this possible? considering rtpcr is a much more sensitive and accurate test.

maari ung antigen test cross reacted with other coronaviruses (remember manufacturers strive for specificity and sensitivity)

specificity -- kailangan sarscov2 lang pwede idetect, di pwede ibang coronavirus

senstitivity -- kailangan kahit konte lang sarscov2 kaya madetect para di mag false neg

ang problema you can't optimize for both
