protest in trieste: we the people are winning - by el gato malo - bad cattitude

"protest in trieste italy has been nonstop all week.

you will not see this in the US media. it seems to be under almost complete coverage blackout which is astonishing for an event of this magnitude

the crowds have become truly massive and they are NOT going home. brave italians are standing up to bio-tyranny and the requirement of a “green pass” to work and shop and live one’s life.

they have refused to cede their liberty to some governmental accreditation scheme because it is a right, not a privilege.

they filled the squares and the thoroughfares in the 10’s and and hundreds of thousands"

    i can give one answer.
they are late because they had to handle another patient first.

what do a number of doctors do, prior to or in between, OPD patients?
look in on their inpatients. a number of these inpatients are in more precarious condition than the outpatients.

    but there are others...

Emergency dahil late nagising at nilalasao pa yun bacon and inaamoy mabuti yun coffee sa breakfast. [emoji23]

i'm telling you what i know and see.
it's up to you to believe it or not.

not all emergencies are in the emergency room, where they arrive with a siren and flashing lights.
and not all perceived non-emergencies, are non-emergencies.

Our doctors appointment system now is fine. Our doctor limits his patients and by schedule talaga so if you arrive on time, on time lahat. In fact sabi ko sa wife ko, mas okay pa ngayon basta appointed time mo na, ikaw na. No more waiting.

And I'm telling you hinde lang ako ang nagreklamo sa kapritso na mga doctors. Sobrang oblivious ba talaga at hinde nila alam na hinde lang oras nila ang importante? If gusto nila "by appointment" then come on the appointed time.

Govt to roll out booster jabs on November 15 | The Manila Times

THE Philippines plans to roll out booster jabs for Covid-19 vaccines to priority groups on November 15, the country's vaccine czar said on Wednesday.

National Task Force Against Covid-19 chief implementer Carlito Galvez Jr. said the planned rollout was in accordance with the recommendation of the policy team, the revised emergency use authorization (EUA) of vaccines that would be used, and the recommendation of experts advising the World Health Organization.

If these requirements are met, Galvez said there will be a "simultaneous" November 15 rollout of booster shots to immunocompromised senior citizens and individuals.

Guidelines for the third dose implementation will be out on November 5. This will be the basis for the giving of third jabs to health workers.

The vaccine czar also differentiated the booster shots from the third doses.

Under the scheme, the booster shot will be of the same brand as the previous doses. Majority of the primary vaccines administered are Sinovac and AstraZeneca.

(The third dose is included in the primary series because of a weak immune system)," Galvez explained.

The Phase I of the rollout will be the booster shot for health workers. The government projects that 1.5 million health workers with complete Covid-19 vaccine doses will benefit from the implementation of this plan.

The second phase will cover 4.6 million senior citizens and an undetermined number of immunocompromised individuals
Iba yung Booster at 3rd Dose accdg to Galvez.
what i understand is 3rd dose is given to Immunocompromized patients only while booster dose is usually less than the standard dose given as a third shot to every vaccine recepient.

So 3rd dose for senior citizen and person with comorbidity and then booster shot for relatively healthy individual is that it.

Most doctors nagrounds muna bago magclinic.

And doctors are businessmen also, and just like any businessman yun big contracts muna ang uunahin. Ano mas malaki PF na based on the room rate or PF sa clinic?

alam ko ung sinasabi ni shadow

pag magaling na doktor, everyone recommends the doctor to friends and family

kaya padami nag padami ang gusto magpatingin

kaya lagi madami naghihintay sa labas ng clinic

    tapos late pa

Clinic. Unless surgeon sila. Ilan pasyente sa clinic lalo na mga Instik 20-30 a day patients nila 1k PF per pasyente. Cashcow ang clinic.

schdule nila yun rounds that will not affect yun clinic hours unless meron emergency. Isama na nila yun traffic sa pagbiyahe nila papunta na clinic.

Simple rounds shouldn't affect yun pagka late nila sa clinic hours nila.

    I don’t think so,

Mas malaki sa admitted patients, yun sa clinic checkup 1k on that day then comeback for followup after say 3months, thats only 2k per patient.

Dun sa admitted, lets say he stayed for 3 days on regular room na 6k, base yun PF sa room rate, 18k yun.

Meron diyan OB sa binondo everyday as in everyday 20 minimum patients niya.
