So 3rd dose for senior citizen and person with comorbidity and then booster shot for relatively healthy individual is that it.

DOH is still drafting the recommendations but they are mostly basing it on WHO and US CDC guidelines.
Immunocompromized individuals are those with certain Cancers, diseases which lowers antibody production, Chemo patients and the like. They are different subset of co-morbidity.
Hopefully the DOH will have a list of persons eligible for 3rd dose and those that will just get a booster dose.

there was already research done -- both vaxxed and unvaxxed showed same high viral load (delta variant) in their nose/throat

difference is mas mabilis bumaba ang viral load ng vaxxed kesa unvaxxed

so initially, both are equally contagious

in this highly polarized world, people will think the article you posted is another establishment attempt at trying to maintain the narrative (that only the unvaxxed are spreaders)

They always say it is very safe & has been used for 4 decades on 4 billion (?) people with no ill effects. That is half the worlds population. Yun pala, mostly for river blindness in Africa at a dose of 1 cap/year & as an ointment for scabies. Nowhere near the dosing they use for Covid nowadays. IVM is not only ineffective, it is also toxic & can make one stupid.
