    Did you asked the person assigned to the phone to visit telco's physical store? Mabilis lang yan. They will get a new sim and program that sim to the old number that got deactivated, within minutes bibigay na yung bagong sim. Just make sure they have the documents necessary for proof.

    under Corporate account kami. Walang access ang physical stores sa mga corp accts.

    I had to fill out a form for MNP (mobile number portability) and send it back with a copy of an ID and a bill. Also had to pay my last bill. My # is officially prepaid effective end of March.     Ung globe postpaid ko, sa globe one lang in-apply, may callback lang ang ayun na, prepaid na sya after a few days. Problem lang is walang notification na prepaid na sya. I had to make a separate inquiry kung nag take effect na nga ba

    ^They will de-list the account on your GlobeOne app. Same crap din ang Globe customer service pero atleast may reply sa chat.

    Bakit ba nila punapahirapan mga corporate accounts? Feeling ba nila kapag sinabi corporate e mala Globe and PLDT conglomerates na madaming staff na pwede magasikaso ng mga company phones?

    May punto ka dyan sir. Dapat nga anywhere pwede sila asikasuhin as a show of total support and committment.
