I had to fill out a form for MNP (mobile number portability) and send it back with a copy of an ID and a bill. Also had to pay my last bill. My # is officially prepaid effective end of March. Ang iniinquire ko ngayon yung refund nung kalahati ng last na binayaran ko and again walang makasagot sakin.

Ung globe postpaid ko, sa globe one lang in-apply, may callback lang ang ayun na, prepaid na sya after a few days. Problem lang is walang notification na prepaid na sya. I had to make a separate inquiry kung nag take effect na nga ba

Kagagaling ko lang din ng Globe physical store kanina.. Ipapa-terminate ko na din kasi yung postpaid ko sa work, di na need sa bago ko na Project.. Saklap, hindi nga sila makakapag-terminate ng enterprise account.. Meron Account Manager designated pala yung pinagta-trabahuan ko at dun ko pala dapat ipa-process yung termination.. [emoji28]

medyo hassle sa individual user pero ganun talaga sistema namin (not sure sa ibang telco)
buti nalang di kasama troubleshooting, pero pag unrepairable na and need to replace the unit dadaan talaga account manager. masaklap kasi nyan, yun account managers marami din hawak na account and nakadepende sa katamaran nya or kasipagan nya ang pag expedite ng concerns.
anyway wala kayo account manager, parang liaison sya ng telco sa corp account?

i was at the mall last weekend and I dropped by Globe, i was surprised that the new mobile plans has UNLI calls to landlines nationwide, so kahit saang area code and kahit anong landline network, it's free.. ang alam ko lang dati eh unli calls to all mobiles and landlines if you are in the same area code..

kumbaga business account meron account manager and tbh turn off ako sa sistema namin kasi in the end consumer ang nag suffer
as much as our department wants to help, dumadaan talaga sa account manager. not sure about local telco, pero sa may ilang business nalang na nagbibigay nalang ng comms allowance dahil sa red tape involved ng business accounts.
1st world country itong sinishare ko dito, ang maganda lang yun NTC counterpart nila mabilis mag trabaho/sumagot.
nakakainis lang si call center agent (or manager nya) na sumusunod lang sa protocol ng company pa napapahamak sa sistema na gawa nun company mismo. fall guy lang kami kumbaga. minsan gusto mo na sabihin sa mga customer, nasa terms yan and legally wala ka laban if ipilit mo. best thing you could do is port your number sa ibang telco, yan na yun big FU mo sa kanila
sa dati ko work sa "maliit na malambot" natatawa ako na naawa dun sa mga customer na nag file ng case kasi kalaunan payong at mug lang ng company nakukuha nila pagkatapos ng effort at galit nila

sa amin meron, matino naman pero minsan may mga request lang talaga na matagal magawa like changing the number and removing numbers from the account. iirc pinakamatagal 2x pa na bill bago natanggal, meron naman matagal na wala ang agent pero nabibigyan parin ng load

Magulo nga e. When we first subscribed, sa Sun cellular store kami nagapply. During that time, pag may concerns, sa store lagi ang punta. And then tinanggal na mga Sun stores, sa Smart stores na lahat ng transactions. Pero mga corporate accounts ayaw tanggapin sa Smart. So we don't know kung meron ba automatic na-assign na account manager ang Smart sa amin.
Every email namin kay Smart, iba iba ang nagrereply.

Regular postpaid to enterprise (corporate) to prepaid ako sa smart, all using the same #. Pinamigrate ko lang.
Malaking company kami, multinational. Hiwalay lang ang customer service pero yung dedicated talaga para sa amin, hindi ganun yung experience ko. Iba iba ang sumasagot.
