So how were you able to change to prepaid? ... How did you get the code? ... On their website, the instruction is to go to their physical store ...

so, what happened?

which of them was telling the right way?

I had to fill out a form for MNP (mobile number portability) and send it back with a copy of an ID and a bill. Also had to pay my last bill. My # is officially prepaid effective end of March. Ang iniinquire ko ngayon yung refund nung kalahati ng last na binayaran ko and again walang makasagot sakin.
