    4m40, medyo marami na nga ako nakikitang sunog na sticker, akala ko dahil sa init ng araw kaya nagkakaganun.

    aldrich, di pa ako nakapagpagawa sa cruven, but kakapalit ko lang ng shocks, definitely may kinalaman sa ride ang shocks. pag sira shocks mo pag brakes mo sumusubsub ang harap, pag sa likod naman sobrang bouncy. medyo matagtag talaga fieldmaster.


    dcarin, pag nakita mo paano buksan post ka pics, di ko pa napuntahan yang vents,

    Hi Aldrich,

    Kung ang tinutukoy mo eh tungkol sa shocks........

    Nagpa rebuild ako ng orig shocks last month...

    1. Initially inquired at Cruven, pero di sila nakakapag restore ng shocks
    with leaks na.
    2. Went to ZEE Carplus sa may Aurora Blvd, they can restore shocks
    even with leaks, cost me P7200 for the 4 .. all in with 1 yr warranty.
    May website sila for all the informations you may need.

    Currently, ride is OK ........

    dcarin, parang nakadikit lang ng adhesive yung paikot ng vents. Parang mahirap siya ibalik. For sure may bubuka sa gilid. I should know sinubukan ko buksan yung upper part. Ayaw na lumapat. Hehe

    salamat sir sa reply.. my pajero i due for it's 40t checkup so dun ko malamn kung me prob yung shocks..out of the country po kasi ako and si misis lang madalas gumgamit .. if ever ill have a look dun sa place sa aurora or maybe opt for orig parts .tagtag po kasi hehe kotse kasi dati ko gamit medyo nakakapanibago.nways salamt mga sir

    G'day!

    I just noticed that the A/T light in the dashboard is blinking. Although it stops after awhile. No exact pattern on when it blinks and stops. What may be the problem? Please advise mga boss...thank you!

    I just drove an abused and neglected Pajero FM yesterday. One thing I noticed is the stupid rear a/c switch placement.

    I had the console disassembled and move the switch in place of the coin holders beside the handbrake. Now it's easier to reach.

    sir OTep, tagal mo na di nagpost dito. nice to hear from you again. dati diyan ko rin nilagay yung switch but minsan natutuluan ng moisture ng drinks ko sa cupholders. habit ko na kasi mag drink and drive. kaya nilipat ko siya sa tabi lighter socket sa baba ng radio. nastuck up din kasi dati yung AT switch ko dahil din sa tubig. Si master PK sa tabi yata ng suspension setting nilagay.

    shiftknob, try mo muna change ATF. kung naka 80k kana na tinakbo maybe dapat isabay narin yung AT filter. take note lang madalas pag baguhan mechanic. pag refill ng ATF they check the level with the engine off. dapat naka on and laruin mo from P to L several times. kundi pag start mo tataas pa lalo. over filled ATf is very bad.

    Si pajerokid sa tabi ng shock controls ata niya nilagay dati. Pero kailangan pa mag-extend ng wire. Eh ghetto fix ko lang ito. hehehe.

    hmmm, matagal na ko hindi nakakapagpost din dito ah!

    nagkaproblema ako last saturday lang, tumulo ang sunroof ko at muntik lang bumaha sa loob ng sasakyan ko. good thing, nagawan namin kahapon ni erpats ng paraan para mawala ang tulo at ang reason, baradong waterways. kasalanan ko din naman kasi hindi ko nalilinis ang ducts ng sunroof ko. kaso ang problema ko, nagstain ang ceiling ng sasakyan ko. may mairerecommend ba kayo na magandang panlinis ng ceiling ng sasakyan?

    Sir ask ko lang kung kailan paba na i pa retapping yung valves ng 4m40 engines a month after the overhaul? may nakapag sabi kasi sakin na self adjusting daw yun, totoo ba?

    testament, sa detailing forums dati ni sir theveed ang gamit sa headliner is megs all purpose cleaner. with microfiber cloth pang kuskus.

    dysdamon, dati parang nabanggit ni master PK na self adjusting nga daw.

    galing ako casa kanina pinaservice ko yung isang mitsu ko. sa sobrang bored ko nag shopping nalang ako sa parts section para sa pajero natin. wear and tear parts na common palitan sa aging pajero ko. ito mga nabili ko.

    - outer door handle 3,100 oem kinuha ko. meron daw taiwan replacement only 450. exact replica. nabali kasi ng driver namin. naka mighty bond nalang ngayon.
    - door trim handle. sino nga ba yung nag tanong about laspag na handle. para sayo naman to. ito yung nalalaspag na handle sa loob na kulay grey. medyo mura narin kaya binili ko na. kaysa mag remedyo. 840 pesos lang.
    - center aircon vent, dcarin para sayo to. one piece siya 2 vents and wood trim. 4 screws para maalis. 3,700 kuha ko. imho kaysa remdyohan mo buy a new one. tatagal naman ng 10 years uli. marupok na kasi mga plastics plus may ambipure damage yung wood trim ko. kaya kinuha ko na.

    will try that pb, pag napunta ako ng blade, hahanapin ko ang nirerecommend mo. problema ko din, ayun, ang lakas ng amoy! napilitan ako magbukas ng ambi pur odor eliminator at nilagay ko ngayon sa harapan.

    yun malaking pajero sticker sa gilid eh dapat iwasang malagyan ng wax, nagiging redish yun kulay tapos nabubura, ang pangit tignan.

    yun central vents may 4 na screws sa loob, hindi mo matatanggal kung di mo ibababa yun buong dashboard. medyo hindi accessible kung dudukutin mo lang yun mga screws. yun digital clock eh nakaclip lang sa central vent so pwede mo sya push palabas mara matangal.

    Guys so far the top overhaul and injection pump rebuild ng 4m40 subic pajero ko is doing well almost 2 months na walang problema tuloy tuloy lang ang byahe. Significant change before and after the overhaul is the fuel consumption from 4.9 to 7.2 km/liter, engine responds quicker, less engine noise tsaka syempre yung tirik pag pinasok ng air yung injection pump nawala nagkakakalyo palad ko kaka bomba ng fuel pump before ko ipagawa.
    kanina change oil lang ako from caltex delo gold to mobil 1, pakabit yung thermostat, drain and refill the radiator with 50:50 distilled water and coolant, push button door lock control dun ko nilagay beside A/T controls.
    Sana matagal kami ulit magkita ng mekaniko ko, bukas interior detailing naman ako.
