mine is a gen 2.5 fieldmaster '00.
nasira driver side seatbelt ko. naputol yata ang spring sa loob. does anyone here know where i can buy good surplus ones? out of stock kase sa planta according to el dorado 8500 daw!

3rd row seats??? i need them too. i'll get rid of the bench type ones. where can i get a set with complete seatbelt for the 3rd row? can we get them from portillo's?

shocks...tumagas na yung set of four na stock shocks ko. m still contemplating on what to get. pamatay sa mahal yung oem with controls (S-M-H). may nagooffer sakin surplus na set of 4 for 10T. para magamit ko pa rin yung controls. nakakadalawang isip. any suggestions?

pajero is really a classic. gagawin ko nang vintage ito.

i suggest you go with the oem shocks. corny kasi kung may incab controls ka di naman gumagana.

SOS paj peep, notice my Fuel gauge reserved light on (sometimes off) its still on the half (kakarga ko lng ng P1k).. any advise where and what to check....thx

toadstool: hmmm. di kaya pwede yung belt mechanisms from other cars? yung problem ko naman is with the passenger side, ayaw magretract unless you pull it all out muna. lagi kasi naiipit dati sa pinto pag sinasara, di kasi nila binabalik sa dati, relying on the retracting mechanism to pull the whole belt back in.

as for the 3rd row front facing seats with seatbelts, baka donor option na lang from a JDM pajero...

portillos ata only does the leather on the seats, so they might not have the seats themselves, lalo na the forward facing 3rd row ones.

boss pajoz, access to the float is via a portal in the middle of the trunk. Just lift the capet and you'll find a plate with seven or so screws, aalisin nyo lang yun and whapak! you'll see the fuel sending unit. Yung gen2 ko na-replace ko na. DIY operation lang. Yun lang nga, the sending unit will set you back mga 1.4k last time i checked.

toadstoll, nugundam: i humbly suggest that you go with the oem part for the seatbelts. We had the exact problem with our Gen1 RAV4 dati. I repaired the spring and did all sorts of crazy stuff, pero hindi kaya yung force ng biglang hila. You dont really have an option na kumuha sa parts bin ng banawe boys kasi proprietary yung korte ng seatbelt mounts. Hehe. Pag nag-eb tayo papakita ko sa inyo factory defect nung passenger seatbelt ko! BALIKTAD! hehehe. Anyways gumagana naman.

yes ganda talaga pag OEM. but i'd like to see my other options din, like rancho, oldman, etc. might give me better ride than the OEM. since mahal yung OEM, might as well spend it on aftermarket upgrade. may kilala kayo nagkabit ng mga to?

same lang ba ang 3rd row front facing seats ng pang 4g56 sa fieldmaster?

The GEN II used JDM seatbelts. The FieldMasters used seatbelts from Autoliv (locally made yata). Iba ang mounting nito and since may local office ang Autoliv, baka mas makamura ka sa kanila. Don't compromise on things like these. Buhay ang pinag-uusapan diyan

Third row seats (and all the accessories) are available from from Seatmate Mandaluyong. All Pajeros from 1992 to Field Master used the same 3rd row. Naiiba lang ng konti (headrests, upholstery, etc.).

Suggest ko is just to go for good aftermarket shocks esp. considering how expensive the OEM's are. I've been using the Field Master this week and I find the ride a bit wallowy.
